At Palm Pool House, you'll want to spend the day outside! Our private backyard has an in-ground pool (scheduled to open on Memorial Day) and lounge chairs, perfect for laying out. At night, continue the fun and enjoy a fire in our fire pit and Adirondack chairs.



Inside, you'll immediately enter our living and dining area. This space features a 6-top dining table, cozy sectional, books, a walking pad, a bar cart, and a Smart TV. The spacious kitchen contains everything you need to create your favorite meal, baked goods or cup of coffee or espresso!



At the end of the day, settle into one of our two private bedrooms:

(1) Our first bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, dresser, closet, and a nearby bathroom.

(2) Our second bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, a closet, and a nearby bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house (except the locked room upstairs and the detached garage), all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Located in the heart of Downtown Springdale, this property is the perfect location for a crew that loves food, brews, and local coffee!

Walk, drive, or ride your bike around town!



Other Things to Note:

★ Fireplace in the living room is not available for guest use.

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
