The house is beautiful! It accommodated nine adults easily. The house needs a deep clean there was hair in the shower, food was under the over, and dust was everywhere. Overall our stay was fantastic and we will be happy to stay again!

Beautiful home! Very spacious. Very well equipped kitchen. The only thing I would add is a matress topper and curtains/ that could be closed in the master bedroom.

Wonderful stay!

Well maintained home, beautiful neighborhood and pristine beach. GREAT location for families with school-age kids and teens. We loved our stay and hope to return. Our two families (party of 9) were completely comfortable and happy.

Quiet family getaway

Excellent location, quiet and family friendly. The accomadations were great and located toward the front entrance nearer to the beach. The private beach was essential and not crowded. The owner very friendly and helpful.

We had a great time hear. The house was clean, everything worked, easy walk to the beach. First time in Grayton Beach and we definitely prefer it over Seacrest.

Family vacation

Location was ideal, close to everything, but in a quiet, gated community with a very nice pool and minutes from the beach. The house layout was perfect with the large porch and bedrooms especially the one with two bunk beds and trundle bed. Looking forward to future visits.

Enjoyed our stay in this well appointed home. Close to the beach, clean and comfortable. Michael was very responsive to my questions - even on Thanksgiving day. I hope to return.
