A newly updated nice quaint one bedroom ground floor apartment in a triplex. Has a full kitchen including dishwasher. A small living room with 1 full leather reclining couch, a smart tv and electric fireplace. Bedroom has a good amount of space with new queen bed, two nightstands, drawers underneath bed for storage and a smart tv. Full bathroom with brand new tub/shower, has plenty of lighting, with lighted and heated mirror. Has a front porch with 2 Adirondack chairs. Back yard has a fire pit to build a fire. (Some wood provided). Plenty of parking in the back of the complex. Plenty of room to pull in and turn around and park a truck with boat. Keyless entry to the apartment. The apartment complex sits pretty far off the road on a big two acre lot within the city. It has woods and a big yard.

Here you can find a charming little town with very good food options. You'll quickly find that this region is a wine lover's paradise, with lots of wineries in the surrounding area. You will have plenty of great options to check out!

The apartment is located only a few miles from the Spire, a 5 minute drive to Geneva on the Lake. There is another ground floor one bedroom apartment typically available at the same time if you’re looking for friends or family to book a stay at the same property.

Cute lil property and perfect for 2 ppl. The accessories in the unit really make it cute. Nice concept and served the purpose for the weekend. Short trip to get over to Geneva on the Lake to catch the sunset and sunrise!!! Will return.

For a last minute stay for a big event, it was just what we need it. It was a little small but it had everything we would have wanted for the price.

The property was very fresh and clean and the host response was absolutely perfect. One small issue is that it is an older home so it has a little bit of a mildew smell, so if you’re sensitive or allergic to mold or mildew, you may want to consider another place. Otherwise it was everything we expected and we certainly got what we paid for. Just a shout out to our house Kevin, you are the most accommodating and responsive host we have ever worked with. Thank you very much. We’ll stay with you again.

The apartment was great for our 3-day wine shopping weekend. The accommodations were comfortable. The location was great as it is in the middle of wine country. Bedroom: The bed was a bit too soft but we slept well anyway. The on-wall heater/ac worked well. We appreciated the night stands with electrical outlets and USB ports. I was able to hang my clothing storage but my wife had to store her suitcase in the living room Bathroom: very clean. The shower worked well. We used the soap and shampoo provided. Living room: the sofa was comfortable. We reclined often. The television worked well for us. I did use my Hulu account to watch live sports though. We appreciated the heating console as the evenings were chilly. Kitchen: it had everything we needed except wine glasses. We didn’t cook. We did use the full-size fridge. Outside: we didn’t use the chairs or the fire pit. Looks like the building could use some updating. Overall we recommend this place. Kevin was very responsive to our communications. We didn’t anything extra as the apartment was well equipped. Thanks for providing a nice place Kevin.

The property was very clean;however, locating the property was a little difficult because it sits off the road a ways. Getting in contact with the host was fairly easy and he was very responsive. The place was missing an iron and ironing board and would have been nice to have a television with cable. Other than that, I'd stay again.
