We’re NEW! Open for bookings March, 2026, in time to observe the ARTEMIS 2 launch and other frequent launches such as SPACE X.

Our “Launch Pad” comfortably sleeps up to 5 people. We chose this location because it's so fun to run outside when you hear the rumble and watch the ROCKETS soar up into the sky! It is also so convenient to VARIOUS BEACHES and many other popular places. Our location is closest to Highway 50 and US-1. Our closest ocean beach is Playalinda, about 15 minutes away. Visit Cocoa Village or Cocoa Beach in about 30 minutes. New Smyrna Beach in 45, Daytona Beach in 50 minutes. There are also beaches on the intercoastal river such as Sand Point Park which is less than 10 minutes away.

ATTENTION SURFERS! The Point Surf Park is a huge new wave pool complex opening in 2026! It's an hour and 10 minute drive. Check it out at https://surfparkcentral.com. WALT DISNEY WORLD is roughly an hour away. The Orlando INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is a 40-minute drive as is the University Central Florida in east Orlando. We are located 4 miles from I-95. There is a Publix grocery store, Walmart and various shopping and eating locations which are mostly within 1 to 4 miles. There are several access points to fish from on the intercoastal waterway plus FISHING AND BOATING CHARTERS AND RENTALS at the local marinas. Don’t forget the KENNEDY SPACE CENTER Visitor Complex is only a 15-minute drive!

You will find our small home is very comfortable and absolutely clean. We have 3 bedrooms, one full bath and the kitchen is well equiped. There is a fenced in breezy back yard with a big shade tree. A small Webber charcoal grill with charcoal is provided if you want to cook outdoors. We provide high-speed internet as well.

The house is located roughly 10 miles directly west of the real NASA launch pad in a quiet neighborhood where you can watch frequent launches by simply walking out to the yard. Another option is to take a short 20–30-minute walk to the Indian River Lagoon to watch the rockets go up across the intercoastal waterway. Yea, no fighting for a parking space! We think you will find our Launch Pad has much to offer and is very unique. Our favorite waterfront place to eat and enjoy live entertainment is Pier 220. We will be posting more house pictures and information about the Titusville area soon.

We are a retired couple living on the west side of the state in an area called the Nature Coast. We have enjoyed being vacation rental hosts on VRBO for almost 15 years. We have had a consistent 5-star rating since we opened The Daydream Cottage located in Homosassa, Florida. However, we frequently visit family on the east coast and we like the small-town atmosphere of Titusville. This led us to open the Launch Pad. We are very excited to, finally be able to offer our guests a “space on the Space Coast” as well! We know most of the close neighbors around us at the Launch Pad and they are all great neighbors who have lived here for many years. The neighborhood is diverse and peaceful.
