The Space:

The crisp, cool, blue and white decor of Crescent 415 will delight you, as will the spacious ceilings of this top floor unit and, of course, those stunning views of the sugar-white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Access the large balcony from both the living area and the master bedroom suite and enjoy the glorious panorama views spanning 2 sparkling pools, the hot tub, gazebo, lush landscaping, and, finally, the reason you are here - the beach and the Gulf. The elegantly furnished living room has a large TV for your viewing pleasure. Crescent 415 has a beautiful kitchen with a sparkling white quartz bar and stainless steel appliances, including a French door refrigerator, perfect for the chef in the family to prepare a memorable vacation meal. Grab a snack at the bar, or choose to dine at the stylish table before heading down to the glistening pools or the white sand and turquoise water. Adjoining the kitchen is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Relax in the king-size master bed and enjoy the full-size tub and separate walk-in shower of the ensuite bathroom. One of our best vacations ever!

This condo exceeded our expectations! Plenty of room for 4 young adults plus mom and dad. Beautiful view of pool and beach with very easy access. Close to shopping and dining. Very clean condo with everything we needed. We will be back!

Great view, Great location

We've stayed at the Crescent over a dozen times, and we would definitely rent this unit again. The small loveseat in the master bedroom was a great bed for one of our kids. Loved that you can see the shoreline from the balcony, unlike some of the units on lower levels.

Absolutely wonderful

Absolutely perfect. Everything was beautiful and clean. Well maintained facility and close proximity to everything. The only thing that could be improved upon was the lack of blankets available for each room. The ones provided were not sufficient.

Wonderful stay. Highly recommend. Cozy. Secure. Grounds well maintained. Quiet. Several suggestions: blanket for bed, clothes hangers, 2-3 large trash sacks, list of TV channels, increase hot water temp, 1 hair dryer per bathroom, option for recycling.

The view was amazing and beds were very comfortable!

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was there was an odd patterned knocking coming from either air or refrigerator only certain hours of the night and into the day. Kept my mother up and woke us all up at certain times . Other than that great unit and very comfortable! We love the crescent !

Stay elsewhere

The property is dilapidated, the furnishings aren’t updated, there’s holes in the ceilings, marks on the wall, the doors to the deck were stuck, the ac froze up at 73 degrees, and the deck chairs had holes in them or fell in while we were there. And a large spider crawled up the spare bedroom cabinet. The beach is not that great. The neighbors decks are within touching proximity. The best thing was the pool.

Great location for a fun Beach Week

We’ve visited the Destin area many times, but this was our first stay at the Crescent. The property was very clean, and our unit was quiet with a stunning view of both the ocean and the pool.Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the elevators were out of service when we arrived, so we had to carry all of our luggage up several flights of stairs—which wasn’t ideal. Thankfully, they were up and running later that evening and remained functional for the rest of our stay.The pool area was excellent—spacious and well-maintained—and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The beach crew was friendly and helpful with the setups, and our kids especially loved the snowcones.Condo 415 was a great fit for our family of seven. It’s fairly simple in terms of decor, but everything was in working order. Our main complaint was the unusually low toilet in the master suite—it felt like one you’d find in a preschool! Bedding and towels were provided in sufficient quantity, though we always bring our own blankets just in case.Overall, we’d return to the Crescent. It was a great place to stay while making lasting memories.
