The condo was clean upon arrival and easy to contact the host. This was our second stay at edgewater!

Property itself and location was great, just know that beach service is not complimentary although it is stated so in the listing. The company managing this listing only partially assisted us with this although it was their mistake. We did have brown stained linens and HVAC went out temporarily but both of those issues were taken care of quickly by property management. Okay stay overall.

We will be back! This was perfect for our short stay! The condo is better than the pictures reveal. Checkin was easy. Parking was easy. Great size place. The beach and pool view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. TV's in each room. The hot tub was wonderful. We also enjoyed the shopping that is just across the street. Plenty of restaurants and bars. The host was easy to reach when I had questions. The kitchen was big enough to cook for the family. I really loved the primary bedroom's access to the balcony. We can't WAIT to go back in the summer!

Miramar Beach

Great property, clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, Convenient location to store and shopping. Lovely views of the Gulf/Emerald Ocean. Pools are great. We opted to have our own beach chairs when on beach. Hard to leave but would definitely vacation again here.

Pool was unseasonably cold, we were not able to use it at all the first two days. It was better the last three days. The beach view was amazing. Beach access was easy and very close, loved that. The condo overall was clean. We did discover nasty stains on the mattress cover when the fitted sheet came loose, we covered with an extra sheet but were pretty disturbed by this lack of launderingKitchen was very well equipped and appreciated the full size washer and dryer .

Great location

Great location. Beautiful view! Condo was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor furniture is functional but is worn and needs to be replaced. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a meal. The only negative thing I can say about the kitchen is there was only 1 dishtowel. It would have been nice to have a 2 or 3 extras. Beds were very comfortable. Easy beach access and beautiful pools!

Spring Break

We love Edgewater. My only negative with this rental is that there are no extras. The beach chairs do not come with the rental, sand toys and games for the kids would have been nice to already have at the property. Just nice to have the extras when you are traveling and not have to pack the extras.

Confusing check in

The check in you just get a room number and code. I don’t recall getting anything with property map at all. So we had to wander around to find things. Make sure the owners you are renting from have purchased beach chairs or you will be charged about 42 dollars for the chair rental. Also if you aren’t renting from the property directly they will not provide anything. The room only had 1 trash bag so we just ended up using Walmart bags. The property uses brown water to water the grass in the evenings because it smells like sewage or stinky pond water one. As far as the condo. It was nice other than the sliding doors are crazy hard to open.

We will definitely return! The condo had the biggest balcony, great pool and beach access, and the elevators were so fast. We barely had to wait on any during our stay. Location, location, location! Winn Dixie was across the street and there were several restaurants and stores within walking distance. Even a nearby 24 hour CVS for a late night pick up of aloe with lidocaine. This was the perfect place for our family trip!

The property we stayed in was fantastic. The online pictures did not do it justice of how beautiful it was. Other than the beds being a little squeaky we had no complaints about the property. The only thing that could improve the experience would be if the host provided hand soap in the property.
