Summer Breeze 103: Belle condo rez de chaussée, la plage et la piscine!

Situé au cœur de Destin, au milieu de toute l'excitation, notre copropriété est l'endroit parfait pour les couples et les petites familles. Échapper au paradis dans ce pittoresque, escapade tranquille avec vue imprenable sur la plage. Profitez de prix hors-la-plage avec les commodités et points de vue sur le golfe de-avant hébergement!

Notre unité a une chambre de maître, salon, salle à manger, cuisine, et salle de bains. Il dispose d'une terrasse privée pas du golfe du Mexique! Facile d'accès à la piscine, bain à remous, barbecues au charbon, laveuse, sécheuse.

Lorsque vous êtes prêt à couler vos pieds dans le sable sucrée des plus belles plages du monde, tout ce que vous avez à faire est de traverser la rue et vous y êtes! Promenez-vous à travers la route d'accès pour une journée de détente à la plage. Vous êtes à seulement quelques pas de la vague déferlante mousseux.

Le complexe dispose d'une piscine chauffée avec des chaises longues et des parasols, un bain à remous et des douches pour une retraite sans sable. Pour terminer une journée parfaite au soleil, rassembler la famille autour des tables de pique-nique et barbecues au charbon pour un cuisinier-out! Ou si vous ne vous sentez pas envie de cuisiner, il ya plusieurs restaurants primés à distance de marche. Ceci est l'un des très rares condominiums à Destin avec caractère et la personnalité.

Ceci est un magnifiquement meublé 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain condo. Un lit queen, deux lits superposés de taille, et un canapé-lit convertible vous permet de dormir confortablement 6.

Les sols sont entièrement carrelés, et la salle de bain mis à niveau dispose de comptoirs de granit. Téléviseur à écran plat, lecteur DVD et Internet sans fil sont fournis.

Summer Breeze est situé dans le cœur de Destin de sorte que les possibilités de divertissement sont accablants! Centres commerciaux en plein air, des cinémas, des centaines de restaurants, des arcades et parcours de golf sont tous à quelques minutes.

Everything was amazing! We will definitely be back, the only thing was the chain lock on the front door is installed backwards. So there’s no way to lock yourself inside the room. We have small children that just worried us a bit to be able to walk right out the front door, but other then that is was an absolute dream location and property!

Very clean. Close proximity to the beach, just a few steps across the road. The pool is right there and well maintained. Enjoyed the fact it was not a huge place but the perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 toddlers.

SCAM ALLERT; I contacted the owner before making reservations they said the hot tub did work. We found out that the hot tub did not work the whole time we were there. False advertisement, scam, lie.

This gentleman has to be the most high-maintenance and difficult-to-please I’ve encountered in sixteen years of renting property on Vrbo. Two hours before check-in, the guest sent a note stating that he doesn’t use smart phones much and requesting that someone meet him at the condo. I was happy to accommodate this request. The next morning, the guest called stating that the hot tub was not working. Our Property Manager went to the complex that afternoon and confirmed that the hot tub was indeed working. She sent a video as well as verifying with several guests around the pool that this was indeed the case. I forward this video and information to the guest. The guest left a message the day after checking out questioning two charges on his credit card. The first was $28.95 for Pensacola Beach House (restaurant) and the second was $16.06 for Raceway Pensacola (gas station). He also sent me an email accusing me of lying, scamming, and false advertising. When I returned the guest’s call he recalled stopping in Pensacola on the way home for lunch and gas. He also admitted to utilizing the hot tub on property twice per day during his week-long stay. Clearly the guest is technologically-challenged, which is fine. The issue I have is with the bogus accusations. I take my guests’ satisfaction very seriously, and would never misrepresent my property. I would not rent to this gentleman again.

The location of the property was great. Other than that, we did not enjoy our stay in the condo. The minute we walked in, the condo had a terrible wet, musty smell, that we could not get rid of despite using two different air fresheners.

Perfect location

These well-kept, railroad-style condos are directly across from a public beach access (time-to-beach: 1 minute), and within walking distance of many endearing shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub can keep kids entertained when not at the beach and the pool loungers are great for sunbathing without sand. The owner was very helpful, contacting us with tips about the condo and the area, which made the rental process very easy and pleasant.

Excellent location

The location of this condo is great! Step off your deck onto the pool deck, right across the street from the beach. Unit was reasonably priced and had the necessities for our stay. Communication and check in was very easy and good. Unit and furniture are older, overall was pretty clean but could stand a deep clean with dust bunnies on the ceiling fans. I would stay there again.

Great Location and Unit

The unit is directly across from a public beach, so beach access is super quick and easy. There is a pocket door between the living room and the hall with the bunk beds, which makes the space flexible and more private if you use all the sleeping options (couch, bunkbeds, and bedroom). Enjoyed sitting on the fenced-in patio and feeling the beach breeze. Plenty of parking, which is a big plus. Quick drives to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable unit.

Vacation

The property was located in a very busy very noisy section of town. There is no ocean view and you have to cross a very busy street to get to the beach. We drove to the park and paid to get in order to have quiet time on the beach instead of utilizing the beach across the street. The toilet seat was broken, but they did fix it rather quickly. The upstairs guests were extremely loud and you could hear everything through the walls and ceiling. When they showered upstairs, water poured out of the ceiling vent in our bathroom all over the floor. I reported it, but no one ever came and repaired the problem. The kitchen could have been stocked better, and the whole unit was not as clean as expected.The pool was nice.

Beach stay

This condo could use a sprucing up. I did contact the owner who did respond but property manager did not. The location is perfect. Just an fyi you have a condo above you and you hear every step they take.

The check-in process and communication with the owner was excellent. This unit is directly across the road from the Miramar Beach public use area. Unit was clean upon arrival. Back porch railing and cabinets need repairs. We enjoyed our visit.
