The Space:

Enjoy kicking back in a condo flooded with natural light and decorated in a fun modern style! Watch the sunrise and the sunset over the bay– you'll have one of the best views of the inter-coastal waterway and its boat traffic, and you're free to enjoy them out on the furnished balcony. Inside, this brightly-lit condo features central AC, a ceiling fan, and modern decor. Relax inside in central air conditioning, with a bonus ceiling fan in each room set up so you're even more comfortable. A private washer/dryer will make sure all the swimsuits are ready for your next jaunt down to the beach. Guests can also enjoy access to a shared hot tub and outdoor pool during their stay!



What's nearby:

You'll be staying in a gated community–security shouldn't be an issue here. Just over one mile from the condo, the boardwalk features stores and restaurants guests can enjoy right on the shore. You're also just over half a mile from delicious crab legs and steamed oysters at the Old Bay Steamer. Enjoy a scenic, short walk to Okaloosa Beach access 1 on the boardwalk. If you want to get even closer to the ocean, sign up for tours and fun ocean trips at Crab Island Watersports just under a mile away. For folks that would prefer to stay more inland, Wild Willy's Adventure Zone is nearly three miles away by car and offers bumper boats, a ropes course, and many more family-friendly activities.

Great stay, close to a lot of restaurants

Check in was simple and easy, the location is clean and close to the beach/restaurants/fishing pier-roughly 5 min drive. Would recommend on staying here!

Florida 2021 Summer Vacation

Property location was very convenient. Five minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants nearby. We liked Port Walton. It is more relax and quiet than Destin. Still if you want to go to Destin, It is 15 min away. Apartment was very clean and well stocked. We made dinner at the apartment several nights. We were able to find all the utensils we needed. Apartment was perfect for a family of 5. We really enjoyed the place. Highly recommended.

Escape From Reality

This stay was amazing. The location on the water was perfect. Not the ocean side but perfect nonetheless. The mornings were quiet and the perfect setting for enjoying the sunrise. I even got to share it with the dolphins one morning. We had fish, ducks, stingrays, and hermit crabs to share the view with. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk down the boardwalk. A quick walk down the beach to the pier. Great location for some exceptional food. Stewbys is right next door with great seafood. Asiago Skillet serves an enormous breakfast. Great location for just about anything you want to do while on the coast. Highly recommend a stay.

Nice location but...

Alright, for the most part the trip was good. The place is in a great location but the only thing that was bad was the parking. If you drive a smaller vehicle then you’ll be ok but anything like a suv let alone a truck you’ll find yourself worried. The 2nd level parking has a ramp that is very tight. Concrete walls on both sides. The parking on ground level is very tight as well. The place was clean and we did enjoy our stay for the most part. Besides the parking the gate to go out to the dock is locked which sucks due to wanting to fish. The hot tub was colder than the pool as well.

Holliday of terror Mother’s Day weekend

Booked our trip for Mother’s Day weekend upon check in the owner approached us checking in which was weird! Ac had been turned up over 80 degrees before check in and froze up. Next day owner turned nest up over 80 again ac froze up the second night two nights ac didn’t work. 3rd day I turned WiFi off and we had cold ac for the rest of the trip so he couldn’t mess with it. Vacasa changed our door code half way into the trip without telling us which was unacceptable! Got locked out of our room till they gave us new code. Then They had Vacassa harass us about parking our boat in the public water in front of the public beach access in no way were we on their docks or anywhere close. Hope you don’t have problems in the afternoon the vacassa that manages the property must close early so your on your own over night. Vacassa terrible customer service and offered nothing for our troubles will never book at palm court again and never through vacassa again!!! Would not recommend at all!!!
