Great condo, we really liked how it was on ground level. It made it very easy to entertain the kids and also its 10 steps from one of the gates to the pool area and very close to beach access.

I normally pick an ocean front condo so I can just walk out on the patio and enjoy the view , but this year I chose differently because we were vacationing with our granddaughter.. I totally do not regret it. It was such a wonderful stay, easy access to the beach and to the pools. We even had people walk by and say oh my gosh, we’ve stayed there before, we love that room. We will definitely try to book this unit again in the near future!!

Very clean rooms and fantastic communications with tge host throughout the week. The location was perfect to walk right out to the pool decks, tiki bar and the beach. The beach chair service was great, we enjoyed several days of fun in our beach chairs right at waters edge.

Property was amazing with so many things to do!! The condo itself was good and we'll definitely be back; however the floors were not very clean. We put my grandson in his walker while we unpacked. Afterwards his feet were filthy as were a few others. Needless to say we had to keep shoes on, no going barefoot. You would think after paying a cleaning fee and waiting on your room to be "cleaned" before checking in that the floors would've just been mopped and clean. The couch also needs to be replaced. It makes a lot of noise and not comfortable! May want to bring a mattress topper for the 2nd master bedroom. The bed was uncomfortable and the mattress needs to be replaced. My other grandson loved the bunk room! Thank goodness we had great weather during the week which made up for all the other stuff.

This condo was perfect. We have been coming to the Destin and Ft Walton area for years and this was by far the best place we have stayed. The location and condo were perfect. Checking In and Out was so easy, will definitely be back!!
