Beach Colony Resort West is Navarre Beach's newest property and is a luxury, high-rise condominium complex that sits directly in front of the Gulf of Mexico and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Our condo was clean and well kept. Some of the furnishings could be updated, larger couch. The grounds were well maintained. Our only issue was that it would have been nice to know beforehand that construction maintenance was being done to some of the balconies.

Definitely will visit against

This was our first time to Navarre and we absolutely loved it! Very clean, relaxed atmosphere. It was nice to have such a large pool when we didn't want to be at the beach. The only negative thing was that there were no hot mits or anything like that to take out our frozen pizzas. We ended up using some folded up towels. Overall, we'd stay here again in a heart beat.

Wonderful Time!

Staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and when we had an issue with tv’s and dishwasher. Came right over and fixed the issues. Would stay again.

This 3 bedroom condo is wonderful. Very roomy, comfortable seating throughout, well stocked kitchen and fantastic porch with sunset and beach view. Walking distance to 3 beach restaurants. Highly recommend!

Comfortable condo with a beautiful view

We loved the location of the condo, there is views of the ocean and the sound. It was wonderful. The beds were comfy, and it had everything we needed as a family of 5 ! We’ll definitely recommend

Perfect location and great stay

This unit is the perfect place for family getaway. Super clean unit and property. A short walk to the beach. The pool is magnificent and two free chairs on the beach was a welcomed surprise. Only complaints was no wash rags for showers, very slippery showers, bath tub did not drain and the door needs a chain or lock on the inside to prevent littles from escaping.

Can’t wait to go back!

We had so much fun and the place was clean, spacious, and we had the perfect view of the sound & gulf. If I could choose this specific room I’d do it every time. They called to make sure everything was going smoothly and they made sure to send information through text so you can just go back and look if you forget anything about the property. 10/10 recommend.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Lots of room with ample storage. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Super quiet w/ beautiful views. The only thing I wish we had knew/seen before getting groceries our 1st night were the carts on the ground floor to help get everything up to our room on the 10th floor. Checking in and out was a breeze & the parking spot was perfect (close to the entrance to the garage). The bracelets that they give upon check in might be a little large for kids. My daughter lost hers within 5 minutes on the beach - but that was our fault for not noticing sooner how large it really was on her. The beach service we purchased from La Dolce Vita was perfect for our family. We will definitely come back!

Spacious Condo

The condo was spacious and the furniture was nicer than what you normally get in a rental. The balcony is large with a great view of the ocean and the sound which was nice since it was our first time to Navarre. Unfortunately there weren't any extra blankets and no linens for the two pull out cots. The master bathroom shower tile needed a deep clean but overall the condo is very nice. I would stay here again.

Loved our stay!

Spacious beach rental with expansive balcony with view of oceanfront! All bedrooms had a water view of sound or oceanfront. Love that every bedroom had their own full bathroom. Great view and take a quick elevator from the 10thfloor down to bottom to walk out to the beach or pool. The only thing that needs work is the master bed is super squeaky, just turning over gently at night produced loud creaks. I hope the owners fix this soon! Overall great rental!

Shower in master bath very slippery. No bars or handles to hold on to. Slipped and fell. Ruined my vacation. Ended up in ER.

Was very, very disappointed with this condo.. wasn’t cleaned well at all, bathroom toilets, tub, shower needs a deep clean, updated balcony furniture needs updated, all beds were hard as a rock, none of us got a good nights sleep, got up with back & hips hurting, tv service not worth watching, only thing we enjoyed was the nice swimming pool. this unit needs lots of TLC for the price I paid was very disappointed.. I book through VRBO several times & have been pleased in the past, this one is bt far the worse I gave ever stayed at !!

Total joke AWFUL

Terrible unit! RUN! Don’t make the mistake we did! Filthy, terrible upkeep, mold, mildew in shower! Tons of things didn’t work, sink wouldn’t drain, lights didn’t work, scarcely stocked kitchen. TV in kids room didn’t quell
 Sand in showers and tub, sand in sheets ( all upon checkin).. dryer quit working, you’re actually booking through Vacasa who’s a joke! We requested assistance with mantainace several times, and instead was told- is it plugged in? Look around for a plunger
 umm.. no.. paying top dollar for this location.. basics should be working. Will never book this unit again or through Vacasa.

The location is great because of Navarre Beach. The condo needs some help. Kitchen needs replenishment of glasses and dishes. Furnishings need updating.
