2 bedroom / 2 Bath beautifully decorated 7th floor condo overlooking the Gulf Coast. Both bedrooms have King beds while the 2nd bedroom also has a couple small single trundle beds for kids.

Well stocked kitchen with Kuerig coffee maker. Extra comfortable couches/loungers with big screen smart TV in the living room. TVs in both bedrooms and free wifi throughout. Community room with fitness area. Storage area for day-to-day items. Available grills by the pool. Tennis/Pickleball Courts. Plenty of parking- including one dedicated parking spot.

We include one set of two-chairs-and-an-umbrella from the LaDolce Vita beach service from March 1st through October 31st.

Condo was very clean and comfortable with Beautiful views of the Gulf of America throughout. Balcony was large with Breathtaking views of Gulf and Sound. Comfy beds. The only issue was Monday and Tuesday before checkout there was workers on scaffolding suspended right above the unit we were in drilling and making loud noises all day Monday and Morning of checkout. So definitely couldn't enjoy balcony or even stay in unit for that matter on Monday. Glad I had plans to go to Gulf Breeze zoo for my Birthday that day. Enjoyed full day on Sunday at condo and beach without workers or noise. Thankful for that. We will be back! Thanks

Balcony ocean view was perfect. Great condo layout and very clean. The construction/repair noise wasn’t too bad since we were at the beach most of the day. Would recommend this unit.

I was beyond impressed with this condo. From the ease of checking in, to communicating with the owner to the check out. The condo was very nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. The bed was so comfortable I had a hard time getting out of it in the morning. The condo had a wonderful layout out and had everything you'd need for a beach vacation. The location was perfect and the designated parking spot was so convenient. My spouse and I have been coming to the panhandle at least twice a year for the last 22 years. This is by far the most gorgeous unit we've ever stayed at. We could literally move into this condo tomorrow and easily spend the rest of our lives living there. Lastly, the balcony was by far the biggest and nicest we've ever seen. Any time spent at the condo was out on the balcony. I highly recommend this unit especially if you're looking for something a little more upscale than your normal rentals.

Navarre Beach Vacation

The condo was very clean, nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The balcony was great. We spent a ton of time on it. The pool was huge. It was a short walk to the beach. We were able to get the chairs and umbrella any day we wanted to. It cost 10 a day to reserve a spot but we were able to get if for free with no issue.

Great stay right on the Beach!

This condo located in the Beach Colony was the best possible situation to stay on the beach! This rental also comes with a free daily chair and umbrella rental which was a game changer. The host Ron was very quick to respond with any questions and concern!

June 2025 Beach Colony 7B stay

The property and condo were very good. The condo is exceptionally furnished and clean. Condo beds were OK but a little soft and lumpy. The only other minor issue is the lack of welcome information provided about use of condo and property; like no info on usage of arm bands, tv stations, check out requirements, etc.; Newbees to beach vacations would not what to do. In spite of rain the first two days which we spent on the Balcony we had a great time.

Little slice of paradise

The condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. We loved the walk-in closet, large bath and access to the balcony from the master bedroom. Although we had stormy and/or very windy weather for most of our stay, we were able to enjoy some time on the balcony taking in the beautiful Gulf and sound views. Beach Colony is a great resort! We especially loved the covered parking garage (came in handy with the rain), quiet pool area, and easy access to the beach. Rob is a great host and answered all of my questions in a timely fashion. We hope to visit again soon!

First stay in Navarre

Very nice condo. We got good directions for check in, but no instructions regarding checkout, such as what to do with sheets and towels, dishes in dishwasher, etc. Unit had part of a curtain frame sitting beside the window, light bulbs missing from lamps, etc. We have stayed at many condos in Florida, and most had an extra roll of toilet tissue and paper towels. This one did not. But of course, a small issue. Overall, a good stay! It was our first in Navarre, we normally stay in Ft. Walton.

Absolutely wonderful

I stayed a long weekend with my husband, 12 year old, 2 1/2 year old and 3 month old as an early birthday trip for my oldest and it was absolutely wonderful. The condo has everything you could possibly need for vacation. The view is stunning and the condo it's self was spotless. We will definitely be booking another trip here in the near future.

Very clean, kitchen was great...view and patio was great...need better instructions for how to use the many remotes for tvs...maybe replace tennis courts with pickleball courts...all was good...would stay here again!

Navarre Beach is known as "Florida's most relaxing place!" Beautiful white sand beaches, emerald waters, along with Florida's 2nd longest pier. Incredible sunrise and sunsets.
