The Space:

Looking for a peaceful retreat? You’ve found it with this one-bedroom condo on Pensacola Beach, ideal for a weekend getaway to the water. Enjoy quiet mornings with coffee on your private, beach-front balcony, then slip into your swimsuit and head downstairs to the pool or straight for the sand.



When you get hungry, the well-equipped, modern kitchen offers a full suite of stainless steel applinaces and plenty of counter space for prep. Grab a bite at the table for four, then hop on your bike and explore the area on two wheels via the Florida National Scenic Trail, just outside your door. Gulf Islands National Seashore is just a few miles to the west, and downtown Pensacola Beach is a little over a mile to the east. Spend downtime at home relaxing in the central AC and watching a bit of TV while you freshen up the day’s beach clothes in the convenient washer/dryer. Use the free WiFi to check up on social media, or unplug entirely and spend the evening back out on the balcony, enjoying the stars and toasting your good luck at booking such a sweet beach escape.

The view from this condo was heavenly! It was a great condo for easy access to the beach. Bed was comfortable and the condo was close to everything we wanted to do and see. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Friendly Fun!

Our family of five had a great four-day stay and felt completely comfortable. We especially loved the easy access to both the beach and the pool—it never felt crowded, and everyone we met was super friendly. As a bonus, it’s right across the street from Peg Leg Pete’s!

Great Beach

We love Sans Souci. Great location, great beach, not crowded. Pool could use some shade and member of our group got stuck in the elevator but FD was efficient and didn’t have to wait long for elevator even with 1 of the 2 down the next day. Crab claws at Peg Legs and Rum Punch are delicious. Will stay again! Owner checking in on us was nice.

The place was cool and clean. The bed was very comfortable. There were several cosmetic issues such as a broken shower head, corner of the wall was broken and the glass door to the balcony was cracked. The view was fantastic and the gated entry kept the beach less crowded.

Perfect place for anniversary get away!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our anniversary weekend get away. It was so convenient to be able to just walk across the road to tom thumb if we needed something, and also to go eat at peg legs. Best place in Pensacola- be sure and go! easy access to pool and beach and wasn't super busy. Great time to go! We loved everything about this place and will be staying here again!

A great find!

A nice condo with an amazing view, good value! It had almost everything we needed. For future guests, bring an extra blanket/throw, and salt and pepper. There were seasonings in the very nice kitchen. Comfortable bed! Quality TVs. Very nice bathrooms and shower. Would stay here again!
