The Space:

Located just a short walk from the beach, this Carillon Beach cottage is roomy enough for a large family or travel group. Enjoy the open living room with high ceilings, a flat screen TV, mood-setting fireplace, and sleeper sofa on the main floor. The first floor also features a dining area with seating for six and a stunning kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Relax outside on the screened-in porch or soak up the sun on the sundeck. Guests will also have access to various shared amenities including swimming pools plus tennis and basketball courts.



Just four miles from this rental is Pier Park, where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment options for all ages. Explore the outdoors at Camp Helen State Park, located only a mile down the highway. Great house

We have been staying at Carrillon Beach fof a few years now and this is our first time at this house. The house was great, clean, quiet area amd a 5 min. Walk to the beautiful beach. Great ammenities and would book again.

We had a fantastic stay at Sweet Retreat! The house was clean and well appointed. And the coffee table in the downstairs common area was perfect for afternoon puzzles and games! The house was conveniently near the beach and the pool, and we loved the shaded courtyard. We would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location

We love this location! Very short walk to the beach and the walkway out back at night is magical! The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space for two families.

We really enjoyed our stay! We have been to this community several times with family but never got a house just for us until this time and we will be returning! The home was clean, the setup was excellent and it was very welcoming!

Cute spot near the beach. Neighborhood is precious. House is well kept and d everything we needed. Check in and check out were so easy. Would definitely stay again.

Great Getaway

We stayed here for a wedding at the property and everything was extremely easy. We rented a golf cart, but it would have been nice if one was provided. Pool and beach access was vey close especially with golf cart. Very laid back relaxing family vacation.

Sweet Retreat for sisters’ trip

Had a fabulous visit and the property is so well equipped( no hairdryer but that was sorted for us). Bedrooms were large with own balconies. Lovely house in a safe, secure area with easy access to the beach(7 min walk). I flew in from England to meet my sister who lives in Atlanta - perfect get away.

Cozy pet friendly Place

We enjoyed our stay @Sweet Retreat. Place was comfortable(not too fancy for beach) & had everything we needed. Enjoyed meals on screened porch & our dog loved being out there! Not too far of walk to beach where we met with family staying in Carillon as well. Had wagon, chairs, & more to enjoy on beach. We assumed they were working on a bit of floor damage as it was partially covered with rugs. Hopefully that was just a time factor. Overall, very nice comfortable, relaxing cottage.

Beautiful fall visit

This was a cottage located at the back of Caroline beach community. The actual beach was six minutes walk away until toes in the sand. The cottage was extremely clean! The decor was absolutely beautiful. We really loved that It was pet friendly! The only suggestion I have is to make sure and upgrade the TVs to smart TVs. it was hard to watch cable when you were used to streaming television.

Clean but broken appliances

We stayed in Sweet Retreat and when we arrived the place was nice and clean. We planned on cooking during our stay due to Covid, so I grocery shopped for the entire week ($$$). However, the oven did not work, the stove top was hit or miss and the dishwasher did not work. I called property management and the next day a repair man evaluated both appliances and said that both were old and that he had to order a part for the Oven/Stove (taking several days to get) and that the dishwasher needed to be replaced. As a result, we had to spend a lot of extra money eating out for most of our meals (with my elderly mom who should not have been eating out) and I had to hand wash dishes all week. I was promised a partial refund and it has been several days with no refund. The property was pretty and clean but the appliances were very outdated and the owner/manager should have known that they needed to be fixed/replaced way before we got there. Also, the mattresses in the downstairs bedroom were about 2 inches thin and not comfortable AT ALL.
