I'm giving this property 5 stars. We had a family 4-day weekend in Navarre for a group of 6 adults, Everything was as described - clean, neat and fairly well appointed. SPACE: The house is listed as4 bedrooms and sleeping 8 which it does easily. Lots of room for everyone. The back yard is spacious - perfect for the fur babies and there is lots of parking for 4 vehicles.GAMEROOM: There is a cool game room with a foosball table, an air hockey table and an old school game console with Galaga, Pac Man, etc. We played all weekend. I'll note that the enclosed game room is VERY loud when you're playing air hockey, but I suppose that is to be expected. It does have closing doors which mitigates the noise to the rest of the house. LOCATION: The location is simultaneously a strength and a weakness for this property. Where it it located, the back fence is about 10 feet from highway 98 and it sits literally at the intersection of 98 and the main entrance of Holley By The Sea so the traffic noise is constant. That said, the description on VRBO was accurate and it is conveniently located with easy access to restaurants, lots of shopping, Navarre Beach, etc. VALUE: While rental prices theses days feel really, really high to me, the price on this house was competitive compared to other nearby properties, especially when you take the sleeping capacity into account, it's one of the best values around.Highly recommend.
