The Space:

Take a dreamy vacation at this recently remodeled condo on the beach while still having all the comforts of home like a fitness facility, shared pool, and full kitchen to cook your favorite meals in. The vacation rental is within ten miles of several popular attractions including Panama City Beach Paddleboard Rentals & Tours, St. Andrews State Park, Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, and Shell Island Snorkeling and Dolphin Tours! Pier Park is worth the drive, as it has everything from shopping, to beach access, to concerts and festivals all year long! If you are itching to play a round of golf, Signal Hill Golf Course is a quick four miles away!



The coastal decor and bright interior give this home a joyful ambience all day long and access to the pool is just outside your back door. After an eventful outing, lounge blissfully on the couch in the living area while catching up on a good book. Even better, spend a day laying out on the sundeck or make your way to the beach for that long-awaited relaxation only found while walking on the pristine sand and listening to the tide. Use the full kitchen to make anything from a small cup of coffee to entire meals whenever you please. Enjoy evenings out on your private deck with a bottle of wine as you watch the sunset and end the night dozing off to a movie on the 50' TV. If you ever want to frolic in the water, just walk through the gate and indulge in the pool area.

Wonderful time. Room with very nice and comfortable. Only had one issue with bathroom shower door to where we were unable to use it. Enjoyed our stay very much!!

Great front desk staff!

Great customer service team! I left my wedding rings along with some other jewelry and Sarah at the front desk was gracious enough to go get them and bring them down to the front desk for me!!! We will definitely visit again!

Was a good stay

Enjoyed it greatly. Lady in office at property could have been nicer. No blankets fir pull out couch. No broom either. Overall good tho

As advertised but needs a new cleaning service.

Overall the property was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. However, we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. There were chips under the couch and coffee table, and dust and sand everywhere. Not happy with having to pay $150 cleaning fee when we had to clean the property when we got there.

We did not have a dish washer that worked do we had to wash our own dishes

It was a great experience but had a few things that we didn’t have dishwasher or a broom they took care of the broom but no dishwasher

We bought over $100 worth of groceries first day. The fridge froze everything. Eggs, tomatoes, lettuce, milk, cheese, etc. Good for booze, food not so much. Ruined most of it. Also, I tracked water in from front door to the bedroom. Used a bath towel to mop up with my foot. Towel was BLACK afterwards!

Heated pool in summer

This unit is on the first floor, right next to a heated pool. I did not know that when I arranged our stay. We got to bare witness to all the people that jumped right into a very hot pool. Everyone was shocked, not cool, not happy. Why was the pool heated? No one enjoyed, and got right out after getting in. It made the 2nd pool (both pools are pretty small) very crowded that wasn't heated, and the pools weren't really an asset to the complex.

Not all we expected for the price but we made it memorable for our family.

We paid a pretty penny for our daughters 16th bday condo. We are originally from PCB so we get the increased price of condos but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. Overall the condo was satisfactory. We did have to kill a few cockroaches, there was also dead sand dollars on the patio which smelled horrible the entire time we were there even after attempting to clean. TV was very snowy and had minimal channels. With all that being said my daughter had an amazing 16th bday and that is what is important. Also the staff at Seychelles was amazing. Very helpful and gracious...especially at check-in with the receptionist Misty. She was an absolute gem and made the entire experience better for us.
