This stunning second floor condo at Seychelles offers breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach for a relaxing getaway. Beautifully decorated with coastal decor creating a welcoming atmosphere. Step through the sliding glass doors onto your private balcony, where you can sip morning coffee or watch the sunset! Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the essentials for your stay. This condo will sleep up to six with master king bed, bunks and sleeper sofa. This is in a prime location with boating activities, marina, dining and entertainment. St. Andrews State Park is less than a mile walking distance. Seychelles amenities offer two pools (one heated), hot tub, beach access, on-site parking and complimentary wifi.

This condo was absolutely awesome. Everything you needed! Very clean! The BEST fireworks from Schooners on New Years Eve! I will say you can not hear a thing being right next to Schooners! They had a band and we didn’t hear them at all. The grounds were very clean and decorated for the Holidays! We stayed 12/30th thru Jan 3rd. The owner was very kind! I will be back!

This one of the nicest units we've stayed in at Syechelles. Very nice decor. Very comfortable. The 2nd floor location is perfect. The property manager was great to deal with.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The condo is very spacious and our family of 5 had a great week! Being on the second floor means you can be up/down the stairs to the pools and beach in no time. (But there was seldom a wait on elevators if needed) And the stairs access is just outside the condo which makes it even easier. The condo was spotless on arrival and the beach themed decor throughout made it very welcoming too. Merrie was super helpful throughout the booking process and our stay. She was very responsive to all our messages and went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. Highly recommend this condo for a great stay right on the beach! We will be back!

The condo was beautiful! It was as described and was perfect for our family of 6! Everything was clean and tidy! The kitchen had literally everything, which for me was a breath of fresh air. The nights we stayed in I had a pizza pan to throw a pizza in the oven and a baking sheet for cookies and milk one night! We loved being on the 2nd floor. Took a quick second to use the elevators and the stairwell was just a hop skip away if we needed it. The ocean and pool view was stunning! It literally was all so close it looked as if I could reach out and grab them! We most definitely will book again!

Perfect condo

The property was as described and was conveniently located on the second floor with a beautiful view. Plenty of space with everything needed for a wonderful time. Merrie communicated all details in a timely manner and even provided information on where we could watch fireworks for the 4th of July. We had a great vacation and will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your lovely condo with us!

Great location

Great location, easy parking. We enjoyed our stay. Room was updated, and as described. Great beach access, two pools. Easy to walk to Schooners, put your name on the list, and get ready in your room and go down when it's ready. Easy to get to Publix sports park for a baseball tournament.

Perfect place right on PCB!

Loved this place so much! We were immediately drawn straight to the gorgeous 2nd floor ocean view. It felt like it was right there- because it was! We appreciated that the pool right belowwas way less attended then the other heated one! Fun decorations throughout- very beachy. You’ll have everything you need in the kitchen. Great beach chairs to use. Comfortable and just all around an absolutely perfect place to stay. Great communication with the hostess. Thankful we found it!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Location is important and because the east end of the beaches are quiet and near one of the most pristine state parks (St. Andrews), this is why I selected Seychelles. As I described in the advertisement, this complex is near most of our recreational boating facilities as well as popular restaurants too making it a plus!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Seychelles is a smaller complex yet offers great amenties! When you're finished soaking up some sun, swimming the aqua beaches or hanging at the pool or hot tub, one can enjoy the gym located on the top floor of the garage parking.
