Situé sur une colline privée donnant sur le lac Arenal, offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac et les volcans Arenal et Tenorio. Situé à 20 minutes de Canoas sur la route de Nuevo Arenal et à seulement 11 km de la charmante ville de Tilarán.

La conception spacieuse et lumineuse de ce condo commence par la grande cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée avec des appareils électroménagers de haute qualité et un bar de petit-déjeuner avec îlot, qui s'ouvre sur un salon meublé avec un sol en céramique. La chambre principale a une cheminée intégrée, un dressing et une porte coulissante en verre donnant sur le balcon donnant sur le lac.

Une salle de bain séparée est joliment aménagée avec douche à jets et lavabo en carrelage peint à la main. La buanderie contient un lave-linge séchant empilé et un grand espace de rangement. Une grande porte vitrée coulissante dans le salon donne sur le grand balcon, créant un espace de vie intérieur / extérieur étendu.

Les jardins magnifiquement aménagés de ce développement respectueux de l’environnement privé et sécurisé de 37 acres comprennent des routes pavées et des chemins pour un accès facile et des exercices. Un centre de loisirs bien équipé, un terrain de jeu de cornichons et une piscine à débordement à trois niveaux sont à la disposition des résidents et des locataires pour les divertir à leur guise. I think the place has great potential, the view is great, has great access and location. A bit breezy, but I liked that. A couple appliances did not work (Stove and coffee maker), probably not reported to the manager, as I mentioned it to a employee and a maintenance company was there promptly the next morning. The kitchen is nice, although sparcely outfitted. The bedroom would be a lot nicer with a dresser and a place to hang clothes. Wifi was good. The bathroom felt more like a laundry room with a toilet rather that a bathroom with a W/D. The complex was mostly unoccupied, almost a ghost town feeling but we stayed at the end of the season. I think with a little TLC this would be a 4 or 5 star unit. It's quiet.

Absolutely beautiful, with a few minor issues.

First rate construction, beautiful interior, incredible view. You will definitely need a car. Name of the property: Arenal Malaku Condos. Please note: you are about 1 hour from La Fortuna, or 45 min from the Hot Springs. Property manager never got back to us with the name of the condo, a phone number, or any instructions how to get there. If you put up that name on the Internet, you can find it under Google Maps. Internet connection at this condominium is extremely poor. There is no cable television, and you cannot stream Netflix or Amazon prime. They are planning to fix this, but from my understanding this has been a problem for more than six months, and the owner appears to not respond. I knocked on his door at 9 PM telling him I needed Internet or some form of cable and he answered the door in a speedo, refused to put on a pair of shorts, basically told me to go to hell. Don't expect much in the way of helpfulness. So, regarding the place itself it's beautiful. All amenities are wonderful, except for the Internet. The owner is a bit of a jerk.

Regarding review on VRBO I have complete certainty that in our properties is written the name Arenal Maleku not understand you say does not appear. Regarding the property manager never sent them information to get to the condo was a mistake which we are improving, I am sorry and thanks for your review. With the internet I have doubt especially since I am responsible for all these problems I see a speed test on the router Condominium where they stayed and everything was working well. The problems we have had in the past with the internet has not been with speed but with routers, some misconfigured or damaged so we proceed to change or reconfigure the router as soon as possibIe. No cable TV, all condominiums have boxes Roku in which customers can access to transmission channels in the US and Canada, channels of Costa Rica are not available Netflix or Amazon Prime works very well as we have had customers previously and they have not had problems accessing these accounts. It is worth mentioning that the customer must be subscribed to Netflix or Amazon Prime. I suggest USTV is very good because one of the Condo owners use USTV. You knocked on the door of a condominium owner at 9:00 pm as he was about to sleep not the owner of the entire project; as I reported at our meeting in my office the day before departure, in which I explained that no single owner because it is made up of partners.

Great Location for Arenal area

My husband and I stayed 4 nights here. There is a great view of the lake and if the clouds have cleared, the volcano can be seen as well. The interior of the condo is clean and new with a nice bathroom and kitchen- the pool on the property is also nice. The property is secluded, private, and safe; this is the place to escape the crowds. We enjoyed the location for lake activities and hiking in Tenorio and Arenal parks. There are plenty of places to eat and little mini supers to buy snacks and beer nearby. All restaurants must be driven to as it doesn't seem safe to walk the road, especially at night. The condo building looks like a highrise and is one of the most visible buildings on the hillside in the area. It does not provide the aesthetic of the other Costa Rican getaways in the area. Set below a windfarm (not visible from the balcony) the condo is barraged day and night with huge gusts of wind. Sleeping at night, despite being physically exhausted from our day activities, was not easy due to howling, whistling winds. The beds and pillows were hard, and the bedroom curtains did not keep out any light. Bring ear plugs and hope for more comfortable bedding and it should be a prime place to stay, especially if your goal in the Arenal area is to see the sights.
