The Space:

Beautifully decorated and incredibly positioned to overlook the shores of Panama City Beach, this gulf-front condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico that you'll remember for years to come. Step outside feel the cool breeze on the wrap-around balcony, head downstairs to enjoy free seasonal beach service, and come home each evening to prepare your favorite meals on stainless steel appliances. On the grounds of Tidewater Beach Resort, you'll also have access to indoor and outdoor pools, several hot tubs, a 4,300-square-foot fitness center, an arcade, and a movie theater.



This beachfront resort sits just across the street from Oishi Thai Restaurant & Sushi Bar, and less than a mile down the road from Pier Park's plentiful options for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Heading west, you'll find Sandbar Seafood & BBQ Joint, Temperleyā€ℱs British Eatery, and Smoke'n'Butts. Heading east, you can stroll along the Russell-Fields Pier (three-quarters of a mile east), take in a wildlife encounter at Gulf World (one mile east), or plan a visit to serene St. Andrews State Park (11 miles east).

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).

Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

I’m very thankful that my family had a great time at this place! Clean and tidy apartments with big bedrooms, amazing kitchen, and open space in the dining room. The view on 21st floor is spectacular there’re a lot to do - pools, sauna, hot tub, gym. I wish we could stay longer.

We loved this condo!!! We’d heard horror stories about the elevators but they were fine after check-in day on Saturday - never a long wait after that. We had an issue in our condo and Vacasa responded immediately. Five star stay for sure!!!

Tidewater get away

This property was just like the pictures and perfect for our stay with family and friends. There was plenty of space for all 10 of us, comfy beds, clean bathrooms and great seating in the kitchen/living areas. The beach and pool were both easy to get to and very relaxing. We had a great week and can’t wait to come back!

Just got home and I’m ready to book it again!

We absolutely loved this room! I have never stayed in a more beautiful and affordable place! It truly felt like home but better because of the amazing views and amenities! I was contacted before checking in just to make sure I was prepared and had no questions which felt above and beyond the call of duty! The ONLY teeny tiny issue would be the tons of remotes for one TV which made that a little annoying but who goes to the beach to watch TV?? It was just amazing.

Jazz Fest at Tidewater Resort

The property we stayed in meet our expectations and more. It was clean and very spacious. It was nicely decorated and all that we needed. The check-in was easy and smooth. Getting access codes to enter the unit could have gone better. I found myself having to ask for the codes, so this gave me some concern. Overall, a great time was had by all and the property was FANTASTIC.

Perfect condo with shortcoming in the building

The condo itself is great. So much space and great views. There are a few negatives. The master tub hot water does not get very hot. There are no oven mits & the pots & pans are very cheap & about to fall apart. The handles are very wobbly. It makes it challenging to cook in the gorgeous kitchen. The beach chairs included is a great touch. Thank you!The resort on the other hand
the elevators are unbearable. The math does not math when the developers built this resort. So bad. Waiting 30 min for an elevator is a real buzz kill. The lobby & pool area are a bit outdated.

You have to go there!

The condo was spacious and beautiful. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for us. Walking distance to a lot of fun places and easy driving distance to more fun places. Highly recommend this condo for a large group. Panama City Beach, Florida is a beautiful, fun city for the whole family! Seriously! And the weather was perfect! It rains but not for long and each day gave us sunshine to enjoy! This condo is located on the beach and the amenities are awesome! The staff are friendly and accommodating. I will definitely do this again! Thank you!

The condo was great, the property is another story.

The condo itself was great. It was very clean and accommodating. The elevators is what caused our experience to be terrible. There was numerous times they weren’t operating correctly, out of service or they were at capacity which normally wouldn’t be an issue but waiting for the next elevator took an additional 10-30 minutes. We loved the property but we probably aren’t going to return due to the elevator situation which we learned from the employees and long term guests that it’s been like that for the past couple of years and it’s the new norm.

Amazing condo!!

This condo is way more spacious than the pictures make it seem. We came for my son’s 16th birthday and brought some friends. Everyone had a bed to sleep on. The bunk room is great! We loved being on the corner so we had a bigger balcony with a great view of the sunset. The kitchen was stocked great for cooking. Very clean when we checked in! I love that the master bedroom had a door to the balcony but also the big picture window with a nice, comfy chair in front of it. All the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Great seating for a large group between the table and the stools at the counter. Since we came in January we loved that there is an indoor pool and indoor hot tub. The teens loved that we were in walking distance (about half a mile) to Pier Park. The staff around this complex were great! They were very friendly and helpful! Definitely book this condo. It’s on the 21st floor so the views from the balcony are amazing!

Beautiful and spacious condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 12. The bunk bed area for the kids worked out nicely. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and feel at home. We were worried about the elevators but it really wasn’t that bad. We never waited more than 5-10 minutes. The check-in & checkout process was simple and quick. The view was incredible; we saw dolphins, a shark, and stingrays. One complaint was towels- we didn’t have enough for our party and we’re told they couldn’t bring more because of Covid protocols. The heads up would have been nice as we only brought some beach towels. It’s just something we could have brought in addition and been prepared. We enjoyed our stay and the layout was spacious and beautifully decorated.
