The Space:

This beautiful condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a large patio with outdoor seating. This escapade is decorated with warm tones of greens and reds and offers many amenities. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. It also has a quaint dining nook with seating. This lovely condo offers a full bath with a stand-up shower, as well as a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a sofa, a TV, and a DVD player.



Things to Know

Beach service includes two chairs and an umbrella from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Wonderful Vacation

The condo was clean and very well stocked. We cooked almost all our meals in the condo and had everything we needed! Between the pool and the beach we really never had to leave the property. It was a wonderful vacation!

10/10 recommend 
 We love Waterscape. The staff reach out to you frequently during your stay and address any issues. The location is perfect with a short drive to Destin. The pools are always great and having the 2 beach chair rentals included is just another plus. This condo was great. The location was right beside the elevators for each pool access. The only complaint would be that the bed and pillows are VERY firm and maybe adding a soft mattress topper would be more relaxing/comfortable.

Perfect place, awesome pools!

Since we arrived late the office gave me easy instruction on how to get in. The condo was set up perfect. Loved having a washer and Dryer. The so many pools. We loved our stay. Highly recommend.

Great property!!!!

We love staying at Waterscape. They have amazing pools and you can walk straight onto beach from pool area. This unit came with two chairs and a beach umbrella through the service on the beach. That’s a huge savings. The unit was nice. Had everything we needed. This property is within walking distance of so many restaurants. If booking this property I would go through Vacasa directly and skip paying the 95 VRBO fee plus the Vacasa fee. VRBO did nothing for this reservation. All communication and management happened through Vacasa. And they don’t let you use your VRBO cash towards this property.

Last minute family vacation

Wonderful trip, awesome location. Room had almost everything we needed and was more quiet than we anticipated even during busy times. Can in the bedroom wasn’t working and wish there was some sort of stand up fan or box fan. Bunk beds and pull out worked great for the kids Master bedroom bed was just so-so. Overall couldn’t be the location and price.

Not correct listing

The property was ok. Could have been cleaner but the pools were nice and so was the beach. Our particular rental listing stated that we would get one hour per day of use of a beach item such as a wake board or kayak. When we went to get these items we were told they were $28 per day. We told the rental company of the issue and they refunded us for two days. They said they would check with the owner and either fix the issue or refund the difference. After checking on this many times they did not refund three difference or fix the problem. I would definitely choose a different unit. They don’t seem to care about problem resolution. Imagine if this were a bigger issue. We would have received no help. In addition their were a few things about the unit that were run down. One of the ceiling fans did not work and it was difficult to get hot water in one of the showers. My advice is pick a different unit.
