The Space:

Waterscape condos are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the “heartbeat' of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape condos has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10-foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation.

Beach service is included from March to October.

All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL



All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $25 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Great for families!

Beautiful property! Lots of water activities for kids of all ages and beach access. The pier is only about a 10 minute beach walk as well. All around 10/10 recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

We loved this apartment! We loved the view from the 6th floor, and had so much fun in the lazy river, hot tubs and heated pool. The beach was one of the most beautiful we’ve ever stayed at and we were amazed that we could watch both sunrise and sunset from the beach at this time of year. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property and condo.

Spring Break 2022

This condo was great for a family getaway. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill out with no problems. The balcony overlooks the multiple pool area and has a nice little view of the ocean as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall great stay but not ideal for adults only

The property was very nice and clean overall. The number of pools and set was great and excellent beaches. There’s plenty of restaurants and entertainment within walking distances. The only downside is that there are a TON of kids. If you’re looking for a more mature atmosphere you may want to look elsewhere. But, it wasn’t awful if you don’t mind. My wife and I would return with the rest of our family again.

The resort is nice

The room is nice. The ac went out. They put us in another rm. For the night. Master bed mattress is hard. You can sleep up to 6.but that means 2 on pull our couch. Every one knows about that. Theye gave us 2 chairs and a umbrella. The resort is family-friendly.
