The Space:

Take in amazing views of the Gulf from this beautiful sixth-floor condo, located directly on the beach. Enjoy complimentary beach service, a private balcony, and access to a seasonally heated pool, lighted tennis courts, and shuffleboard. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. After blissful days, walk or drive to a nearby restaurant or whip up your favorite dinner in the full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The ocean-view living area offers a large smart TV with streaming capabilities. Added perks of this snowbird-friendly condo include free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and cable. This coastal oasis will quickly become your home away from home for every Okaloosa Island vacation.



Things to Know

Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Florida beach stay

Property was in good condition, floors a bit worn. Clean, only exception was the deck/padio surface needs scrubbing. Noticed my feet were dirty after walking around out there.

Overall very comfortable and relaxing, cleanliness of the rooms needs work and it’s very hard to get ahold of someone to talk to at the front desk when calling but I enjoyed my stay very much

The property was under construction so the pool wasn’t open even though we were told it would be.

The condo was nice, meet our needs. The seaweed was really bad in the water, really spoiled our beach and water experience. Would like to have know so we could have had to choice to reschedule.

Thank you, Mae, for your review. The pool was scheduled to open June 22, the week after your stay. Unfortunately the seaweed, or "June Grass" is unpredictable as it is based on weather conditions. We hope that you will consider ResortQuest in the future for your next beach vacation.

Just Okay!

The property was okay. Balcony showes a table and there were 3 tall chairs and no table. Not to crazy about the property management company VACASA. Probably won't stay at another property managed by them. Then again it could have been the owner I'm not sure.

Not the best

The title summarizes our stay. The condo had all the standard amenities. We have stayed at island echos condos a lot over the past ten years. The problem with Wyndham units is they aren’t well cared for as unit that are privately owned. Specifically the floors were not clean, the furniture smelled like body oder, the shower handle was old and didn’t work well and the outside furniture was flimsy. All of this sounds trivial till you remember how much you pay to rent the condo. I wouldn’t rent this unit again.

Hurrican Helen Did not Help

The code to the door changed on our second day. The code to the pedestrian gate never worked. The electricity went out on Tuesday night with no information. The condo is dated. No table on the patio. Bath tubs were slippery and dangerous. The appliances were dated and old. The TV came with NO instructions on how to use the cable and had 3 remote controls. There were no check out lists in the unit of things to do.
