The Space:

Waterscape's A409. This condo is stylishly decorated and offers many amenities. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo 's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/dryer included in the home for your convenience.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Wonderful

We loved the location! Great food around…Taco’s Angel has the best steak tacos, the bistro burger at Craft Bar was incredible and Parlor Doughnuts…!!! We will probably be coming back here next year. The girls loved the pool and splash pad area for kids! Very nice for families.

Quick trip

Staff was incredibly healthy. Resort clean. Even in the off season we were able to use the hot tubs even though most of the pools were closed. Beach area was clean and beautiful. Great experience!

Fabulous Family Fun!

The website showed accurate photos of this property. It was really beautiful just as we viewed online. The property outdoors was nicely kept and our condo was modern and updated inside...very clean and very spacious. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are already planning to return to our "home away from home" in March.

+ apartment was clean and neat, apartment utilities (fridge, cooking utensils) were brand new + nice view of ocean (not totally unobstructed by much better view than other units I've stayed at) + complex amenities are great + location is central to event areas (boardwalk) and decent restaurants and activities

Broom was broken, no dust pan, cooking vessels a little old., and the shower door was broken.

Perfect stop before our flight.

We originally stayed at another property that wasn’t that great. We decided to fly after we booked it and the flights left a day later than our reservation. I found this property for one night and it was perfect. Nice updated unit and the pool and lazy river was a nice change of scenery. If we go back to Fort Walton, definitely checking this place out first.

Nice, clean room

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in A409. Couple of comments: very difficult to hear the ocean on the balcony due to the air conditioning units at the neighboring property. Beds were not comfortable, no extra garbage bags in the room for use. Otherwise, accommodations were extremely nice and customer service was great. One other comment about the pool, we found it very difficult to get chairs due to people saving chairs all day, only to use them occasionally. Also, had issue with grown men sitting in the kiddie part of the pool, drinking beer and obviously intoxicated. Just appears strange for grown men to be sitting in the pool where children play. This has been our 4-5th stay at Waterscape. My family and I still enjoy. Thank you
