The Space:

With three bedrooms plus a bunk area for the kids, three full bathrooms and one half-bath, and an open-concept social area with a private walkout patio with outdoor patio furniture, this spacious condo has everything you could want for a perfect family vacation! This beautiful condo is decorated in coastal blues and greens. The kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large farmhouse-style table with seating.



The primary bedroom boasts a view straight to the ocean, a king bed, and a spacious en suite master bath with a garden tub and a stand-up shower. The second bedroom also has amazing Gulf views with a queen bed and a private bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and private bath as well. There’s a cozy bunk area near the entry door that has twin bunks, with a centrally located half-bath by the bunk and kitchen area. There is a laundry closet in the entry hallway with a stackable washer/dryer for your convenience.

All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

Annual beach trip

We love this place for an annual beach trip with our kids. It’s so close to the beautiful, soft-sand beach and has lots of pools to keep the kids happy. We don’t every have to leave the property because we enjoy the beach, the pools, and relaxing in the condo.

Wonderful condo

This was a great condo that was just perfect for me, my wife, my two parents-in-law, and the kids. It was steps from the beach, and we loved seeing the waves from the condo every day.

Fantastic

Great location within Waterscapes. Close to the beach on ground floor. Less pool noise than other condos. Clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and breathtaking view. Would definitely book again.

Perfect Family Trip!

The condo was perfect for my family of 6 + my mother in law! We already plan on renting again next year!! The location of this particular condo is fantastic for a short walk to all of the amenities (pools & beach). The place was clean and well stocked with supplies needed for our 4 day stay - we had no complaints!

Perfect location on the property

This is the third Waterscape condo we’ve stayed in and it’s without a doubt the best. The views, the access, and the amenities are outstanding. I do wish the bedrooms were set up a bit differently but they worked well for our large family. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back!

Best condo on the property!

This condo was perfect for our family! The view was amazing. Nothing better than ground level, looking straight out onto the ocean. The condo was exactly as described, and property was clean and super family friendly. The kids liked being able to play at the pool for awhile, then head to the beach for some more fun. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again!

Best condo at Waterscape

This was our first trip to waterscape in the winter time. We are usually there in the summer when is extremely crowded. We will be aiming to go back to waterscape in the winter as it was much more enjoyable.

Awesome place

We were an extended family of 9, including 3 kids. The place was very clean and there was plenty of sleeping space. We had everything that we needed and communication w hosts was great. Everyone found their groove; grandparents loved the patio, views , beach, & restaurants, kids and parents loved the multiple pools, lazy river and all the fun stuff nearby: parasailing, visiting the dolphins & alligators,etc...a great trip. We will be back! Thanks!

Great Location!

Loved the unit. The location was perfect. This is the first time we have ever stayed on the bottom floor. We loved it. It was only steps from the wooden path to the beach. So convenient and perfect homebase for our kids to go back and forth from beach to pool to room. Bedrooms were small but beds comfortable! Wish there were barstools. Overall, highly recommend and will return!

Beautiful!!

If you are looking for an amazing view of the ocean and steps away from beach and pool, this is the place!! It’s the closest condo in complex to the pool and beach, you can’t beat it. The condo was clean and comfortable. The bunk room was so fun for my toddler. He loved having his own little nook and it even has a TV in each bunk. The complex was great, the pools and lazy river were amazing. A little tiki hut bar and restaurant right by the pool was great. Perfect getaway for families, everything was super kid friendly. We will be back again!

Perfect location but absolutely filthy

Perfect location and the pools are nice but the unit was absolutely filthy. They charge a cleaning fee on top of the unit charge and it was still gross. When we walked in for the first time, sand all over the floor, stuff spilled in the floor, dried food stuck to the kitchen counters, etc. When management asked about our stay I politely told them we loved the place except it was dirty and they responded “sorry, ok thanks”. They were not interested in getting it clean. So we cleaned and then paid a cleaning fee as well. The beach area was also super crowded but most of this area is like that all summer.

Great Family Vacay at B100

The location was amazing! We loved having the beach just steps away from the condo. The condo itself was nice; it was nicely decorated and was decently clean. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. When we arrived at the condo, it smelled heavily of grease. We assumed the previous party had a fish fry because of the grease smell and the fish scales and guts left outside the back patio. I know it’s not the owners fault but it was pretty gross to have all that and scattered trash outside when trying to enjoy the beautiful view. We ran into an issue with the oven not working. A Vacasa maintenance person and service tech did come try to fix it but we were told the entire oven would need to be replaced as a bunch of grease fried the computer board on the oven. It’s sucked since we had bought a few items that required baking. Other than the oven, both can openers in the kitchen were broken, a drawer was missing from the front guest bedroom, the lock on the back door is broken and difficult to open, and the smoke alarm from the kitchen was found in a dresser drawer in one of the bedrooms. We were provided with a small bottle of dish soap, a sponge, roll of paper towels, packet of dishwasher detergent, a few trash bags, a packet of laundry detergent, small hotel soaps in the bathrooms, two kitchen towels, plenty of bath towels and washcloths, the kitchen had everything we needed: a Kuerig and regular coffee makers, pots and pans, a couple baking sheets, measuring spoons and cups, mixing bowls, a couple Tupperware containers, a blender, a griddle, a toaster, cooking utensils, crockpot, and plenty of dishes (they were all glass so bring plastic plates/cups for the little ones). Even though we had a couple small issues, we still had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return to B100!

Interior greatly lacking accommodations for price

First, B100 is by far the BEST location at Waterscape. Enter/exit from every room onto the patio and get to the beach or pool easier than anyone else. Just far enough away from all of the pool noise No elevators to deal with, close to parking, very close to many of the grills on the pool deck and the breeze off of the ocean keeps the patio extremely comfortable all day. Overall experience and location cannot be beat! However, for the price we paid for prime season for this condo, the interior and amenities were disappointing. Paid luxury condo price for cheap hotel accommodations. Beds were mediocre at best. Bedding was old and rough on every bed. Clearly no attempt has been made to decorate this condo or give it a feeling of home like many of the others at Waterscape. Impression is that this is not a condo the owner ever uses personally...it's purely a rental unit. Kitchen is stocked with just enough to be functional. This is managed by ResortQuest...which has a single advantage of including beach chair rental every day. Outside of that, they will only supply a single role of toilet paper per toilet, 2 rolls of paper towels and a couple of garbage bags 'to get you started' as they say. Also, only enough laundry and dish soap for one use. So when you stay for a week or more, plan on buying everything you need as they essentially supply nothing. The walls were stark and white, except for all of the scuff marks that were everywhere. This unit is in desperate need of paint. They should add a few rugs or floor towels to put bedside for all beds, as the amazing sand from the beach is tough to keep off of the tile floors and is easily tracked into the beds at night. We had to keep towels bedside to wipe your feet off before getting in bed. The vacuum they have just throws the sand around vs. picking it up. No broom was supplied. This furniture was functional but dated and a bit dirty looking. Overall, in desperate need of an update at the most basic levels. Waterscape is great if you have kids. Pool and lazy river is wonderful...but keep in mind they have a very strictly enforced rule that you cannot have a beverage within 4 feet of the pools edge. Compare to similar resorts with swim up bars, etc....seems a little ridiculous. And don't get caught without your wristband on the pool area! Also, the bar/grill in the pool area....be aware that they don't have a liquor license...so those daiquiris, etc. are made with rice wine...but vodka prices
