The condo was very clean and had everything you need. The beach chair service was an added bonus and we used it the whole time we were there. The booking, checking in, and checking out process was easy. Host was very responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness was outstanding as well as the "Beach House"decor that was carried throughout the condo.Kitchen was equipped well and purchase of food was just a short drive to Publix Grocery Store. View from balcony is great for watching evening sunsets.

Great week on the island

We love staying at Destin West and this place was spectacular. They have thought of everything and constantly stayed in touch. Everything you needed for meals were in the kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathroom, and laundry in the unit! We can’t wait to stay again.

The owner was Amazing to work with. She gave lots of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The condo was Very clean and had no issues. We enjoyed the stay and having beach chairs and an umbrella available everyday. We plan on coming back next year if not sooner.

Wonderful!

The condo was clean. The amenities were great. The property management went above and beyond. We had to get back into the property after checkout due to leaving a very important item behind. They were very responsive. Check in was a breeze. Parking was great. The beach access was perfect. Overall, highly recommend.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful View, So much to do

We had a lovely stay at the condo. The view was spectacular and the condo was perfect for our family of 4 for Spring Break. The heated pool and hot tubs were VITAL! and we really enjoyed our night swims. Having the reserved beach chairs was awesome as well. I do recommend heading down at 8:45-8:50 if you want a front row set. We walked down to the boardwalk every night for dinner and only left once to go to the grocery store. There is so much to do right there. There was some confusion about the fire department coming to do an inspection, but other than that, it was the ideal stay!We loved it and will definitely be back.

Short getaway

This condo and property were just as described. The instructions were so helpful. The unit was clean and the decor was nice. Having beach service was great. The beds were comfortable. The only downside was we had to check in with the office the next morning as it was closed upon arrival. We had explained that we did not have pool bands left in the unit and they argued with us that someone had left them the day before. They are aqua, pretty hard to miss.

Great Gulf view, Good location, average property

Overall, all is good. 1 small cheap quality roll of paper towel, 1 set of tiny 1oz shampoo, tiny disc of hand soap allowed for a 7-day rental! We asked the check-in receptionist for a replenish but she said it's not allowed. No tissue paper, no dishwashing liquid or dish sponge so you're forced to run the dishwasher each time - Not Green. Spice rack is old and out of date. Dirty grimes on board games etc. Bathrooms and shower liner have mildew/mold spots. Dirty baseboards, rugs...The king bed's mattress sags and was uncomfortable. The closet is full of pool floaties and water toys and is more like a storage than a place to hang clothes. The washing machine stops in the middle of a load... With some detailed attention, this place could be a lot better.

Fall break trip

We enjoyed staying at Destin West. Check in was so easy and quick. The location was close to everything. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The view was amazing. The condo was clean. This condo had everything you needed. We loved the extra stuff that was available for us to use. This is our second stay at this condo and will continue to stay there. Thanks to the owners for the upkeep on there condo.

Perfect beach condo

Great condo in a great location. We were able to walk to restaurants at the boardwalk daily for icecream, events and dinner. The room was in a great location. Close to elevator, short walk to pool and beach and garage but still quite. Pool on the Gulfside was big and clean. My three young kids had a blast. We have stayed at a few condos in the area over the years and we really enjoyed this one and everything felt very convenient. We will be back!

Amazing week

This property is exactly as advertised. The walking distance to everything you need is amazing. There were enough restaurants within a half a mile radius that we didn’t even need to worry about getting an Uber. If you stay here make sure to walk over to the bay side of the resort. It’s worth it!
