The Space:

Explore the beach and city of Gulf Shores from this two-story, dog-friendly duplex plus loft! On the first floor of this well-equipped home away from home, you will be greeted by a furnished deck with rocking chairs overlooking the pools and picturesque views of Little Lagoon. The shared heated pool and hot tub are just outside the front door. The 13th Street Public Beach access is less than one and a half blocks away. You'll also be one and a half miles from downtown Gulf Shores for more dining options and entertainment, such as Waterville USA.



Inside, discover an inviting living room with a double sofa bed, two comfortable chairs, and a large TV with cable. There is a dining table with chairs and a bench, a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a pantry closet.



There are two main bedrooms, one with a furnished balcony overlooking the pools and providing lagoon views. A guest bedroom features a deck with Gulf views. There is also a loft/gathering area that offers additional sleeping accommodations.



Central air-conditioning and ceiling fans will refresh you and your friends during your stay, and the available private washer/dryer is a great perk.

Broken blinds, no blinds on front door, sink stopper broken so had to take it out and it was covered in mold, wifi only works in half of the house, no hand soap, no trash bags, the one porch gave us multiple splinters, when contacted they gave no solution they said they would send someone out and no one came during our week stay, the views where nice, there was plenty of room for all 8 of us, and it was close to everything.

Family Vacation

Nice family vacation spot! Very clean. Had lots of great kitchen appliances & supplies. Pool is shared with 4 large houses. Walk to the beach is good for younger people, not older. Close beach public access, though. Railing needs some maintenance, loose rails, made me nervous with our babies. We had a great time!

Enjoyed our stay.

The good: Location is very good. Not too far from the beach access. Enjoyed the view of the lagoon and the surrounding area. Unit was clean. Loved the bedroom upper deck and the pier out into the lagoon. Decor is very pleasant and relaxing. Just a few issues: The main floor bath/shower needed a new shower curtain liner due to mold along the bottom. All the other bathrooms were fine. One bedroom window leaks when it rains causing a water damage issue around the window. Outside light over the stairs was not working. This unit does accommodate a large party but our stay was just myself and my husband. We did not use the pools but enjoyed watching the families in the neighboring building enjoy it. We would stay here again, issues mentioned would not keep us away.

House was perfect for our family! Except for the pool.

This spacious rental itself was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. The kids had plenty of space to spread out. However, we had a major disappointing event. This rental shares a pool with neighboring rentals. There is a big pool, little pool and hot tub. The pools and pool area were the main reasons we chose this property as this accommodated all of our kids. We checked in on Saturday and were able to use the pool for two days. On Tuesday morning, we woke up to ALL pools being drained for plaster repair and construction. We were unable to use the pools the remaining 5 days. To say we were disappointed is a understatement. The manager of Vacasa and owner of property were not aware this was going to happen. Many family’s in neighboring rentals were also very disappointed. Not only could we not use the pool, but there was construction, sand planting, etc. for 3 days. Total bummer. We really like the property, however not have the pool and having noisy construction put a wrench in our vacation.
