Great beach access, calm neighborhood, great for family vacations.

The property was very well kept up, we loved that we had easy access to the beach. We did have kids with us and the property was a great location. Amazing for our yearly family vacation.

Loved it!

Great location, amazing beaches, quality condo for price! Comfortably slept 8 college students. Only complaint is the shower drain did not drain during shower but eventually drained after. Everything else was perfect! Definitely recommend!

Perfect location just a short walk across the road to the beach.

Short walk to beach ,nice pools, convenience store just a few minutes away. Condo is nice has what u need . Could use some TLC in some places . Master bedroom cieling needed to be attended to. Overall the condo was nicely decorated and we enjoyed our stay . Down side I didnt read description properly...two flights of stairs to carry lots of baby stuff up and groceries.

Life is better at the beach at 207

The condo was clean, comfortable, and colorful. The condo had a wonderful beach theme and was across the street from the beach. The condo had lots of light, a cathedral celing, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The secret to getting the good shells is to wade into the water and bring a net! Prices double the 1st of March, and spring breakers start coming the second week of March. All we can say is: We plan to come again next year because the condo was great!!!

Nice location, could use a few updates

Nice location. The people below us were LOUD, but eventually quieted down. The vents were REALLY dirty and could use a good cleaning. Right across the street from the ocean. Close to a small grocery store. It would be nice to have more amenities in the condo - like leave coffee, filters, etc. I've been in some VRBO properties that has spices, condiments, etc and those are always appreciated. Just an idea.

Clean & Quiet. Steps from the beach & best seafood restaurant! Very well stocked for guests.

Overall our experience was great. We stayed for a weekend getaway as we are locals to the county. There are plenty of dishes to cook with, and cleaning supplies (trash bag, cleaner, etc). The bests were a little uncomfortable but luckily it was only 2 nights. The televisions did not work at all; there WAS a roku but no remote. The condo was clean for the most part as well as the pool. The condo is steps from public access & Bobs Seafood (which was awesome). Parking passes were no where to be found & the locals DO check (we had a run in) . Easy check in/Check out & reservation. We would visit again just remember to bring own entertainment. For those visiting....Dolphin Cruise is a MUST! Brick&Spoon is also the best breakfast hands down.

Pro: great location, kitchen was good and had everything, washer And dryer were great to have, nicely decorated, shower water pressure was awesome, pools were nice, plenty of towels. Good value for money. CONS: WiFi never worked, toilet ran non-stop and would only flush if we took the back off and fixed it each time, plastic on beds was noisy and beds were not comfy, had to unplug and reconnect and reset channels before TV worked-DVD player didn’t work and bedroom TVs didn’t work at all (one didn’t have power cord!) Furniture is worn and needs cleaned, closets and pantry were so full of owners things that there was no room for food or clothes, NO instructions for checkout or how to contact anyone for issues while there (didn’t know what to clean, where to leave things, etc). Overall, it was a good stay for the money and we would book again....but be prepared for the issues of the condo. We had great beach weather all trip and did enjoy it!
