Bienvenue à l'atterrissage! Situé au cœur de la magnifique région de Gulf Shores, en Alabama, vous trouverez un coin de paradis. Le condo est pratique pour faire du shopping, manger et s'amuser au soleil. Il y a une vue magnifique depuis le balcon dans la chambre principale aussi! Il y a un quai de pêche, une piscine de style complexe, un accès au golfe et au lagon et bien plus encore.

À l'intérieur du condo, vous apprécierez les mises à jour effectuées par le nouveau propriétaire. Mobilier moderne, peinture fraîche, Keurig dans la cuisine et lits confortables, pour n'en nommer que quelques-uns. Les deux chambres ont un lit queen et une télévision. Les salles de bain sont idéalement situées et comprennent un canapé-lit queen-size et un pouf jumeau pour accueillir des invités supplémentaires. Quels que soient vos objectifs de vacances, The Landing peut certainement vous aider à les atteindre.

Toute réservation effectuée avant le 1er octobre pour la saison d'hiver (janvier et février) nécessite un minimum de 60 jours (deux mois). Beach vacation

Great location in very close proximity to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping a very short distance away. The condo had tons of amenities for anything you would need.

Very good condo for the price. Good view off of balcony. Very clean and up to date. Access to beach was an issue. Only public entrance was a good walk from the condominium.

The stay was overall great,nice location with beach view. I did notice dust on the ceiling fans mildew was on the bottom of the shower curtain. sheets was stained,living room chair leg was broken.

Best vacation ever!

We love the property! It was a short walk to the beach and a short walk to the pool and Bay Area that was super nice. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking and listening to the ocean, watching people and cars go by. Although the condo could use a little updating and a thorough cleaning of the floors, cabinets, glass doors and outdoor area, the main things were super clean (sheets, towels, bathrooms, and kitchen items) beds were comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our week with our 3 year old grandson and hopefully will be able to stay here again in the future!!

Affordable, comfy and amazing location

Traveled with spouse and 3 kids, age 6, 14 and 16. Super comfy and spacious enough for us. Very tidy. Great AC! All appliances perfect. Beds were OK enough for 3 nights. Having a fold out sofa bed was convenient. A quick walk across the beach takes you right to the beach. Very nice pool and fishing pier. Super quiet. We loved it and will come back to the Landing again!

Great Vacation

Our stay at The Landing 105 was great. We had a great view. The pool was nice and it was good to have access to the lagoon. It could have been little cleaner. It was the perfect size for 5 of us. The only thing we would have liked was an access to the beach. We had to walk a little ways down to get to it and my elderly mom was only able to go once bc she said the long walk with the heat was too much for her. We will definitely stay at The Landing again. :)

The cleaners need to clean better. Mold on shower curtain, bath rugs needed to be washed, very dusty and the trash can was nasty, needed to washed out from all the stuff that had leaked out from previous guest. Besides that very nice.

We are sorry that we did not get the chance to have someone come out and address the problems so that you guys could relax upon your arrival, but we are happy to see that you had a fun vacation despite a few hiccups in the beginning.

Not worth the money.

Was very disappointing in the look and cleanliness of the property. The location across the street from beach was the only good thing. Would not recommend this particular unit, do not know if other units at this place was clean or better kept up or not.

Lovely Stay

The apartment is not updated as far as the doors are old and the main bath door actually locked me in at one point and some things need a new coat of paint but with that said. The balcony was one of the best it is long and wide and fit several people with great views of the ocean. Access to the beach is not right across the street but you have to walk a just a tiny little ways to the sea oats access right next door. The bay is beautiful and the pool overlooks it and dock looks brand new with a fish washing station, huge pavilion, and several sub docks to fish off of. We could see the dolphins in the ocean from our balcony and everything was very clean and check in process was very easy and friendly. Would recommend for sure!

Our stay

Not impressed at all with the condo. For the price we paid, it was not worth it one bit. 1. Tile floors were over waxed 2. Carpet in the bedrooms was absolutely disgusting 3. The towel bar in the master bath was missing and the holes were exposed 4. There was a moldy shower curtain in the spare bathroom 5. The stove looked like it was never cleaned or top of it 6. The kitchen table looked so dirty We will not be gojng back to that property or Gulf Shores

Condo was nice. needed a little updating of furniture. Not much room for putting clothes away. Needed more drawers in second bedroom. View was great from front and plenty of space on front porch. Plenty of cooking ware and plates. Nice time will be back.

Quick Girls trip

Took my daughters on a quick get away. Enjoyed the stay. I do believe the view of the lagoon at the pool was the best view of the sunsets. Beach access was a little bit of a walk for older folks but not a problem for the young active girls. Definitely will stay again.

Labor Day Weekend

This is a great place to stay in Gulf Shores. The quieter area on the west end, the lagoon and beach accessibility, charm of the units and overall value is well worth checking out. We love The Landing!

The condo was nice and had everything you needed for your stay.

The only thing I can say is when you call the office for something to be fix don’t be in a hurry. I called the first five minutes of being there about a problem and six days later still wasn’t fixed.

We are confused by your review because the only thing that was reported to us during your stay was that a screen needed to be repaired and it was picked up the same day. We always go out and try to resolve issues same day if possible, which in this case, was resolved the same day.

Pictures were false advertising.

The check-in process was really easy and the property manager is great at customer service. When we arrived at the property it was nothing like the pictures showed. It was run down, outdated and not very clean. There were holes in the bedroom/bathroom walls from the doorknobs, carpets in both bedrooms were filthy, the matters as in both rooms desperately need replacing, the dresser drawers in the master fell out easily and there was a two drawer nightstand in the second bedroom for a dresser. The wall in the dining area had gouged and marks from the chairs scraping it, the couch in the living room was all cracked and beat up and the kitchen pots and pans need replacing. There were a list of things that needed to be repaired right away and the property manager had the nicest repairman come over the day we made the issues known. Dealing with VRBO was easy and I would deal with them again, however I would caution them to make sure what they are posting is accurate so as to not disappoint guests. I would also urge owners to actually go to their properties periodically to check on them for damage or to see if updates are needed.

We always try to accurately describe each property. Spring and summer can be tough on these units and we try our best to keep everything up. We will address all of these issues, but we can not take care of wall scuffs until after season.
