Sunrise Village 117 - Your Gulf Shores Beachside Escape
Construction Update: Repair work is ongoing at the south end of complex. You may notice some noise (8am-5pm weekdays), scaffolding, and equipment on-site. Little to no disruption at this condo. Beach access remains open, and the pool is available. The most disruptive portions of the project have already been completed. Plus, the private pool is now heated seasonally (fall, winter, and spring), so you can enjoy a swim no matter the time of year!

This newly renovated condo features tile flooring throughout, fresh paint, and a cozy, beach-themed decor that makes you feel right at home. The open-concept living space includes:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, granite counters, and an ice maker - perfect for preparing meals after a day in the sun.
A breakfast bar with seating for 4, ideal for casual meals and catching up with loved ones.

All common areas, including walkways, parking areas, and private balconies, are non-smoking. For the comfort of all guests, a three-strike policy will be enforced for violations.
