The location of this condo is fantastic for beach access. Our unit was on the pool side of the complex, and the aesthetic of the courtyard was very nice. The unit itself was clean enough, but there were some cobwebs and a dead light bulb when we got there. There. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work as promised for the first couple of days and the air filter was completely packed with debris. After two days, AC did get fixed, but I am still seeking compensation for the first two nights of sleep that were pretty uncomfortably warm.

We take air conditioning seriously, and it’s disappointing to hear that it didn’t meet your expectations at the start of your stay. That shouldn’t have happened, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’re glad the AC was fixed after a couple of days, but we understand how uncomfortable it can be when things aren’t just right.
