The only problem we had with the property was the four flights of stairs to our condo. We are older ladies and the uneven stairs were a challenge. When we arrived it was dark and we had trouble finding the property. Also, I could not find anywhere inMy communication with the host where I was given a unit number. We called the contact number and spoke with Jade , who was very helpful and located our unit number. Overall we were very pleased with the cleanliness, the quiet, and the location.

I called the management company late at night about a check in question and they answered immediately. Next day I texted about a thermostat and a tv question, again answered in a timely manner and were very helpful. The only issues that were minor issues were that the apartment was up 4 flights of stairs. Maybe not great for someone who needs more accessibility. However maybe it was in the description and I didn’t notice that upon booking. For the location, money, etc this was a great place and I would book it again!!

The stay was great, but the mattress on the bed was a bit firm to my liking. I would suggest upgrading to a USB charging station or outlet.
