Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.



Come relax on the 6th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 4. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $30, 2-10 nights is $55, 11-31 nights is $100, 32-61 nights is $150, 62+ nights is $200. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

..except the toilet. It was terribly small and not oval shaped but cylindrically round and tiny. Could barely fit “myself” to go as needed
. lol! Please fix this otherwise nice accommodation. Everything fits but the toilet!!

Great condo!

We had a short weekend stay at this condo for a soccer tournament. It was clean and exactly as pictured! Would stay here again.

Great stay

Had problem with shower door not sliding but maintenance was called and doors repaired next day. Room was not "beachy" decorated and was far from elevators, but was clean and had very comfortable bed...two of the most important factors! We totally enjoyed our stay!

Excellent condo

We loved the place we stayed in. Had a great time there. View from balcony was amazing. We accidentally locked ourselves out one day. Quick call to Brandy and she was able to help us quickly. Only concern was the tv in the living room. We had to contact the number listed on the paper that was in the room. There had been a storm earlier in the week, no one had been in the room. He assisted us in setting the bedroom tv up and working. The one in the living was missing the remote so we could not use that one. This was okay with us!! Everyone we met and talked with at the site was awesome. No concerns and hopefully we will be able to come back to Orange Beach and stay there again!!!

Reviewer Comments: The condo building has a beautiful lobby, indoor pool, racquetball and out side had a beautiful immaculately clean pool and pickleball courts. The boardwalk to white sandy beach was extended with a cloth mat , so you could haul beach apparel closer to the water without being exhausted. Clerk always on hand and polite. We had a quick response with a minor problem from the rental company. The condo itself is on a corner on the edge of pool. The gulf views are beautiful. Kitchen updated and well-supplied with dishes and utensils. , etc. Bring salt/pepper and dish detergent, shampoo. The bedroom was large with a Very comfy King bed. The fan overhead kept me cool and was so quiet for sleep. We would love to return some day!

Phoenix 7 is a very nice area with access to about anything one could ever want at the beach. The beaches are beautiful, chair and umbrella rentals are available and reasonable. The beach access is wonderful and has the only walkway that extends well over half way out to the ocean. This makes easy access for anyone walking or hauling chairs, children, or coolers! The rooms are well appointed and easily accessible. One of the best things I personally liked is the way check in and checkout is handled. All is done on line with no need to spend time at the counter or having to plan your arrival or departure around times the office is manned. This includes getting your parking pass. The amount of time I spent at the front desk was less than “3” minutes!! They printed my pass and I went directly to the condo. All contact I had was by text on my cell and there response time was almost immediately ... Hard to beat that.

Our condo was very nice and in a great location to see the ocean, the beach, and all the boats coming and going from the marina through the pass. We ate at several of local restaurants Costal, Tacky Jacks, Cobalt, and Oyster Bar. The food was fabulous, properly prepared, elegantly served, and delicious to the very last bite.

Reviewer Comments: The unit itself was slightly outdated (specifically the living room furniture) and we had one minor maintenance issue (fridge) that was immediately addressed. Overall, the unit was clean, cozy & functional! We've frequented several Phoenix properties & this was the first time the basics weren't provided. (Ex. 1/2 roll of toilet paper & no dish soap) We didn't expect a surplus but would've appreciated a foundation.The bank of elevators (4) had maintenance issues throughout our stay, leading to some delays/irritations but the remainder of the facility was very well maintained.Our contact (Brandy) was attentive and friendly, we look forward to working with her again in the future!
