- Quiet residential area: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.

- Safety: Guests are responsible for using the home and outdoor areas safely. Surfaces may become slippery when wet, and children must be supervised at all times around the pool. By booking, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to take reasonable precautions.
- Security: Exterior security cameras are installed at the front, sides, and rear of the property for safety. There are no cameras inside the home.

Parking Details:
- Free driveway parking for up to 5 standard-size vehicles within the fenced property.
- The access road is privately owned, and parking on it is not permitted.
- During heavy rain, temporary water may collect on the road but clears quickly and does not impact the home.
