Overall, this is a great property, and the hosts communicate exceptionally well. While the neighborhood isn't ideal, I never felt concerned about our safety or the security of our belongings. I deducted one star for two reasons: first, the basketball court and pool were both smaller in person than they appeared in the pictures; second, the quality of the neighborhood and surrounding houses was lower than I expected, especially in comparison to this property.

Overall this was a beautiful home to stay in. The Rooms and Bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen had some issues with Roaches. We killed 2 of them. It would’ve been nice to have a dresser in the Master Bedroom- but the closet gave us a nice size of spacing

The property has many fun amenities and is in a nice central location in Fort Lauderdale. Some small suggestions: the standing work desk located near the front entrance is not near a power outlet (cannot plug in the standing desk power cord, or laptops and electronics). This kind of defeats the purpose of having a work desk if there are no nearby outlets. Also, the property didn’t have beach chairs or an umbrella, which are valuable amenities. Lastly, the property should probably add an oven mitt, as it doesn’t have one. During my stay I purchased 2 chairs and an umbrella, and left it at the property for future usage. Host was quick to respond to any issues.
