Welcome to “The Summer Cove,” your peaceful beachfront escape on the 9th floor of the Beach Cove Resort. This gorgeous and cozy condo is the perfect retreat for your family vacation or a small gathering in North Myrtle Beach.

Step into a bright, open-concept living space where a large sliding glass door reveals stunning, direct ocean views. The comfortable living area invites you to relax with a 40” Smart TV fully equipped for your entertainment with Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Apple TV, and more. For a quiet evening, you`ll also find a selection of books to enjoy.

The updated kitchen features modern appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare a homemade meal, including a stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. Enjoy your creations at the dining table for three, with the beautiful coastline as your backdrop.

Step out onto your private balcony to soak in the panoramic views of the pools and the Atlantic Ocean from one of the four cozy chairs. It`s the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

**Bedroom**
Find two luxurious queen-size memory foam beds for a restful night`s sleep. Room-darkening shades and two spacious closets help you unpack and feel right at home.

**Living Room**
A queen-size sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping space for extra guests.

**Bathroom**
The full bathroom includes a double vanity, a shower/tub combination, and is stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your convenience. An iron is also provided.

Your stay includes full, private access to the entire condo. You can enjoy a seamless arrival with our keyless self check-in system. You will also have access to the fantastic resort amenities, including:

We believe in giving our guests space and privacy to enjoy their vacation. Our keyless entry system allows for a seamless self check-in. While we will not be on-site, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have via the booking platform messenger. Your comfort is our priority.

Perfectly situated directly on the waterfront, this North Myrtle Beach condo places you right in the heart of the action. With direct beach access, your front yard is the beautiful sandy shore of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy the convenience of being just steps away from sun, sand, and surf.

One complimentary parking pass is provided for the resort`s secured lot for the duration of your stay. Should you require parking for additional vehicles, nearby public parking is available for a fee, subject to availability.

**Beach Gear**
We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas, but they are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.

**Rental Agreement**
To finalize your booking, you must complete our Rental Agreement within 1 hour of reserving the property. This agreement includes a mandatory, non-refundable $35 damage protection fee. This fee covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages and replaces the need for a traditional security deposit. Failure to complete the agreement may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

**Recreational Vehicles**
Per Resort Policy, no Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV`s are allowed on the resort premises.
We want to ensure you have a fantastic stay at our cozy 1-bedroom 1-bathroom condo. Please take a moment to review our house rules to make your experience as enjoyable as possible:

1. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. The rental agreement will be sent electronically and will need to be signed 24hrs before check-in.

2. Smoking and Vaping:
Our property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house or on the balcony/porch. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking, if available.

3. Pets:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed on the premises. We love animals, but we want to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for all guests.

4. Quiet Hours:
Please respect our neighbors and maintain quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 87:00 AM. No loud music or disturbances during this time.

5. Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of guests allowed is 6 and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

6. Parties and Events:
No parties or events are allowed on the property. This includes gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval.

7. Amenities and Property Care:
Please treat our home with care. Any damages, excessive mess, or missing items will be the responsibility of the guest.
Kindly respect and use the amenities provided responsibly.

8. Cleaning and Maintenance:
A cleaning fee is included in your reservation. We kindly ask that you leave the property in a tidy condition upon check-out.

9. Security and Safety:
Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property.
Fire safety: Locate and familiarize yourself with the fire escape routes and fire extinguisher locations.

10. Respect for the Property:
Please respect our property and the belongings within. Do not move furniture or take items outside of the unit.

11. Parking:
Follow parking guidelines and use designated parking areas only. Parking instructions will be sent the day of check-in.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.
