Pros: Great communication from host. Master bedroom mattress is very firm but spacious. Actual toilet area is very small (think economy airplane size) huge tub, stand up shower and dual vanity with large mirrors was amazing. House is beautiful, landscaping is great and spacious with a view of the mountains from the front. Back yard was relaxing area, lots of barking from neighbors dog in back of property. Comfortable sofa and love seat, love that they kick out and recline. Large tv which was awesome, fire place had a great vibe tho unused (summer). Stove was great and on an island. 3 bedrooms was perfect.Cons: NO AC, granted this isn't listed as an amenity or listed at all. So we came prepared with our own box fans. We did find one rotating stand up fan. It was warm during the day, amazingly cool at night with windows open and the fan in them. Oven had residue and scratched pretty good (took pics of everything as didn't want to be charged). Some melted and worn out utensils. Fridge drawer and trash can had wet residue still all over them (cleaning I think). Absolutely NO spices, oils, coffee, and so on (usually we find these in every rental we've ever stayed, 9-10 stays). Bbq grill was old, rusted, falling apart inside, did not use it looking at all the rust and falling pieces, so we purchased a small grill from Ridley's (over priced) and used that lol. Overall: an ok experience, some small changes and it would have been great. Expected a little more for over 600 stay.
