Features 2 beautifully updated homes located just 25 yards apart, allowing your group to stay close while maintaining personal space. Both homes are equipped with full kitchens, living areas, deck, and hot tubs.

Events: While we love hosting large groups, our license strictly prohibits weddings or external events. This ensures the estate remains a quiet sanctuary for our guests and the surrounding environment.

Why share a crowded public beach when you can have two of your own? Both homes feature easy access to a sandy beach area directly below the property, designed for simple water entry for all ages.
• Water Toys: Complimentary use of paddleboards, kayaks, and a canoe.
• Outdoor Living: Relax in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or host a cookout on the gas BBQ grill.
• The View: Sweeping vistas of the mountains and the surrounding forest from your private deck.
• Parking: The private driveway provides ample space for 6+ vehicles.
𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞
• Property Condition and Cleaning Responsibilities:
Guests must leave the property in the same condition as found, with normal wear and tear expected. All dishes must be washed, and garbage placed in outdoor bins before check-out. Glitter and confetti are prohibited, with a Minimum $300 cleaning fee if used.
• Occupancy, Quiet Hours, and Prohibited Activities:
Occupancy must not exceed the advertised limit (up to 22). Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am, and noise must not disturb neighbors. Parties, events, commercial use, firearms, fireworks, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• Pet and Smoking Policies:
Guests must pick up after pets, or a $50 charge will apply for cleanup. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property: a $500 fine will apply if evidence of smoking is found.
• Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in: 4:00 PM. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval may result in an additional fee of up to $100.
• Hot Tub Use:
Guests must rinse off before using the hot tub. Do not use oils, soaps, or other foreign substances in the hot tub. Children must be supervised at all times. Close the hot tub cover after each use to maintain heat and cleanliness. Failure to follow these rules may result in an additional fee.
• Fire Pit and Outdoor Use:
Only use the provided fire pit materials (e.g., no wood in gas fire pits). Ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving the area. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am, and noise must not disturb neighbors.
• Lost and Found:
Items left behind will be held for 14 days. A $30 handling fee plus shipping costs applies for returning items.
• Damage and Security Deposit:
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay. Costs will be deducted from the security deposit or card on file.
• Community or HOA Rules:
Guests must comply with all community or HOA rules, including those for pools, parking, and shared spaces. Parking is permitted in designated spaces only.
• Pets:
Pets must not be left unattended, either inside or outside the property, even if crated. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Guests must clean up all pet waste and dispose of in outdoor bins.
