OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Camera Disclosure
Our cabin has four exterior security cameras located at the main entrance, parking area, outdoor storage area beneath the cabin, and the side of the house facing the street. These cameras monitor exterior activity only for property security, guest safety, and wildlife protection. There are no cameras inside the cabin or on any decks.

By booking this property, you agree to the following:
1. You confirm that you have a primary and permanent residence elsewhere.

2. You agree that your stay is solely for transient, short-term lodging purposes.

3. You understand and agree that this is not a tenant-landlord arrangement. This is a guest/innkeeper agreement governed by short-term rental laws.
