With over 2,500 square feet of thoughtfully curated living space, The Lofty Palm comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families, golf trips, girlfriend getaways, and smaller groups looking to unplug without sacrificing comfort.



The main living space, located on the second level and accessed by stairs, welcomes you with an open, airy layout flooded with natural light. A spacious living room features a stylish wet bar, perfect for evening wine pours or post-beach cocktails, while wraparound balconies invite you to step outside and soak in sweeping views of the fairway and water beyond.

The gourmet kitchen anchors the home with modern appliances, generous counter space, and a large island that naturally draws everyone together, whether you’re prepping a casual breakfast or a celebratory dinner.



On the ground level, enjoy a private outdoor oasis designed for laid-back island living. Fire up the gas grill or Big Green Egg, dine al fresco, rinse off in the outdoor shower, or unwind by the pool and spa (not heatable). While there is no indoor living space on this level, it’s the perfect spot for relaxed afternoons and breezy evenings under the palms.



Sleeping accommodations at The Lofty Palm are designed for comfort, flexibility, and effortless relaxation. A tranquil king bedroom on the main living level offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to a full bathroom. Ideal for guests seeking added convenience. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide inviting spaces to unwind, including a serene queen bedroom and two twin-friendly rooms well suited for children. One features twin mattresses on the floor beneath a gently sloped ceiling, creating a cozy, sleepover-style hideaway.



With three and a half bathrooms throughout the home, mornings remain unhurried and evenings seamless. The thoughtful layout offers a perfect balance of privacy and togetherness, allowing every guest to rest, recharge, and feel at ease.



Perfectly positioned to enjoy the very best of island and Low country living, The Lofty Palm offers an enviable sense of proximity without sacrificing peace and privacy. A leisurely ten-minute walk brings you to the beach, where wide sandy shores and salty breezes set the tone for unhurried days in the sun.
