We cook and therefore appreciate the fairly well equipped, modern kitchen. Location is very noisy but very close to family so appreciate it.

Charming Condo with no Hot Tub

A comfortable, nicely appointed condo. Comfy bed and pillows. Great kitchen with cooking spices. No ice maker. No garage remote control or key pad. It took a week to get a light bulb. After 3 contacts with management they couldnt tell me where the hot tub waa.was.

A Modern, Clean Condo

There is a lot to like about this property. It's relatively new with modern furnishings and appliances. It's at the corner of two major roads, so you can drive anywhere in 15 to 20 minutes. And it's 5 minutes from grocery stores and a Target. We selected the location because it's 5 minutes from our son's home so we could visit the grandchildren as often as we liked. The condo is also very spacious, spread across three floors counting the garage level. The grounds are very well kept, and the entire neighbourhood is attractive and tidy. But of course there are some issues as well. For one, as mentioned the condo is three floors with a lot of stairs. This didn't bother us at all, but people who aren't fit might think twice about booking it. As well, the living room wall to wall carpeting is oddly installed leaving ridges wherever it meets the laminate flooring. Combine that with an area rug placed over the carpeting, and you have a lot of tripping hazards for toddlers or the elderly. Again, we had no problem, but it's food for thought. A third issue is noise. I mentioned the convenience of being at a busy corner, but that comes with a lot of traffic noise at all hours of the day and night. We adapted quickly, being "city folk", but if you are bothered by loud traffic this could be problematic for you. Overall however, we liked this place and might well book it again.
