Communication, cleanliness, and location to pool and courts were great. All other tenants we encountered at pool or otherwise were friendly and kind. Everything is gated, locked, and secure. We have nothing negative to report.

Condo worked great for our family of 6. The location within the complex was absolutely perfect for our family with young kids because it was right next to pickleball courts and pool area! Everything was provided as described in the listing and the pictures accurately portrayed the condo. Hosts were responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Beds were very comfortable! Location was perfect for spring training games and Walmart was just a mile away for groceries and necessities. Pool, hot tub and courts were well maintained.

Spacious, clean and comfortable condo at a reasonable price. Easy check in and out and good communication. The surrounding neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy but the property itself was nice. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay and would definitely book this property again. The condo was well stocked with plenty of linens and towels, all the dishes and kitchen items we needed, and even a small cooler, which was a nice touch. There was plenty to keep the kids entertained. The pool and hot tub were excellent, and we appreciated that pool floaties were provided. The pickleball and tennis courts were also a lot of fun and were used frequently during our stay. The lake area was beautiful for walking and enjoying the scenery. We only ever saw carp in the lake, and although we tried fishing for other species, we had no luck. It may not be much of a fishing destination, but it was still a very pleasant feature of the property. The area felt very safe, was close to all the amenities we needed, and the condo complex was quiet with no issues or disturbances. My only minor observation is that the floors did not feel completely clean upon arrival, as there was a little dirt present. However, everything else in the condo was very clean and well maintained.Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and we would happily return in the future.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We love this property because it is very convenient to a major freeway to get all over the city and state. The property has a man made lake that is very enjoyable and with paths, beautiful landscaping, ducks , geese and other wildlife. We also have a very nice pool and spa, tennis courts and gas BBQ's for your use. It is a very quiet complex and we are close many nice restaurants, colleges, casinos, lakes and event stadiums.
