Welcome to your very own desert oasis! Set on 10 gorgeous acres, this 3,850-square-foot custom-built ranch home with 16ft ceilings throughout is the ideal destination for your next big family getaway. After winding down the palm tree-dotted driveway, enter a private, fenced front courtyard with lush landscaping before you step through the front double doors and find yourself in a central great room beneath a soaring, exposed beam ceiling. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen to the right features stainless steel appliances, including two wall ovens, two dishwashers, and two side-by-side refrigerators, as well as gorgeous granite countertops and cabinets brimming with utensils, dishes, and other accessories. Enjoy meals together indoors at the enormous table, or step outside to the furnished and shaded patio, fire up the gas grill, and enjoy an al fresco, poolside experience. The fenced backyard includes a private pool that can be heated for an additional fee, a hot tub, and plenty of beautiful landscaping to admire while you soak up Arizona sunshine. Also, enjoy the spectacular sunsets or marvel at the amazing stars at night!

Back inside, this home includes an inviting living area with comfortable leather seating and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. This home also now offers Starlink Satellite Internet service for your wireless devices.

The phenomenal primary suite has a walk-in closet, a huge en suite bathroom that includes a shower with 10 heads, and a jetted tub. This main bedroom also features a loft with a private deck and breathtaking mountain views. The remaining bedrooms offer additional features, including front and rear patio access, large closets, TVs, and plush bedding to ensure everyone sleeps well.

Great experience! House was just as described. Well stocked kitchen. Pool was fantastic! Had one minor water pressure problem but was resolved very quickly and was not an issue. We look forward to coming back! The whole group wants to stay at this property next time we are in Tucson!

Had a family reunion here. Great for big families. Kitchen is well stocked for family meals. Pool is fantastic and the covered patio is nice for al fresco dining. It also has very comfortable beds. Close to a Walgreens and a Fry’s grocery store.

Our entire party remarked on how amazing the home was. We had meetings at both the large table and sitting area and enjoyed the outdoor recreation. This is a great place we hope to stay at again.
