Ce est une belle villa de deux chambres situé à l'intérieur Sublime Samana Hôtel, une partie de Small Luxury Hotels.
Il dispose d'un 300 pieds carrés balcon / terrasse et d'un toit-terrasse de 600 pieds carrés avec un jacuzzi avec vue magnifique sur l'océan, sur la montagne et la piscine.

L'unité dispose de trois salles de bain complètes, y compris un jacuzzi intérieur dans le maître une. A également une cuisine entièrement équipée avec appareils Viking.

Il ya trois salles à manger: la barre de petit déjeuner, une table carrée de l'intérieur pour 10 et une table de six personnes dans la Terrasse. Il ya deux aires de repos à la décoration moderne. Le Salon sièges 4 et dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD et système de son. Les sièges Terrasse 8 et dispose d'un barbecue à charbon de bois. La terrasse sur le toit avec un barbecue Weber à gaz, deux chaises longues, et un coin salon complet, parfait pour le barbecue, bains de soleil et tard dans la nuit divertissant.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size, TV écran plat, lecteur DVD, placard, salle de bains et un balcon avec deux chaises volantes marcher. La deuxième chambre a deux lits queen, TV écran plat, lecteur DVD, salle de bains et balcon. L'appareil est plein air conditionné. Nettoyeur compris quotidienne.

Best beaches in DR

Las Terrenas was totally worth it. The property is fantastically located on a beautiful beach of COSON. The unit was as advertised but we did have some maintenance issues that were not resolved (blackouts in room 2 did not work, coffee maker was not functional). One low point to report was the food quality at hotel property for New Year's gala - might be one of the most overpriced, worst meals I've ever had. Alberto was attentive and responsive to our needs otherwise. TONS and TONS of things to do around the area - 1 week was not nearly enough.

Extraordinary, relaxing vacation

My husband and I, from Montreal, in our 50’s enjoyed tremendously the Condo-Villa. The size of the rooms were perfect, the location of the shower in the master suite is superb, what better way to start a day then to take an outdoor shower and enjoy the warm, wonderful weather at the same time. The beds are super confortable, reminded us of those at home. The terrace off the main living area is fantastic, we spent so much time there, the outside furniture calls for sun bathing, relaxing, lunching, dining and all other fun exterior activities. The sun orientation is also great, sun in the morning and shade late afternoon. We also enjoyed the rooftop. We were looking for a very relaxing 2 weeks vacation and we were very happy with our choice, the best place to find quiet surroundings, long chairs available at all time of the day, long walks on the beach. Our 19 year old daughter joined us the second week, the amenities she appreciated the most was the wi-fi included in the villa, the two large pools and the cabanas. She was also very happy with the relaxing surroundings and yoga classes. It’s a great concept, a villa in a hotel complex with all the amenities provided, no need to go out if you don’t want to. We enjoyed cooking and found plenty of grocery stores. We particularly liked Supermercado Pola for the variety of fresh vegetables and meats and Boulangerie Française for fresh crusty baguettes and deserts. The fisherman's village is great, you can purchase fresh fish daily. We loved the restaurant in Las Terrenas; Le Tre Caravelle and at Plaza Taina the French Bakery. Make no mistake some restaurants look closed but lunch is served by the ocean across the street from the restaurant itself. We would like to thank Alberto (the owner) for being so present, from beginning to end. Great attention! Leonarda (the housekeeper) was great so was the personnel at Sublime, cordial and helpful. We must lean to speak Spanish. On a less positive note, we were not impressed with the hotel food and the quality of service in the restaurants was not constant. There are two restaurants; one by the ocean and the other located close to the lobby.

nice place and a good visit

nice property and amazing beach! service from hotel staff was excellent! Kept having a hot water problem in the unit .. took 4 of the 7 days to get reliable hot water, and also the upstairs hot tob jets didnt work ! also , the unit is an upstairs unit , and a couple of nights , our downstairs neighbors had loud late parties! I would definitely come back , the place was beautiful , the serivce was excellent! Alberto was very responsive !

One of our favorite places!

Alberto is a wonderful manager and super responsive! One reason we come back to this property is because of the staff! They serve with kindness and a joy that is so appreciated. The property is gorgeous and the beach is pristine. We love the expeditions in the area as well and the concierge is always happy to help assist in booking!!

The most excellent location, beach, and vacation!!

We are SO thankful for our time at Sublime Samana!! Alberto was extremely helpful and was so quick to answer any questions we had. The service at the hotel was some of the best we have had; the beach and ocean were clean and beautiful; the food was excellent; our condo was perfectly cared for on a daily basis and when an issue or need did arise, the staff were so quick to accommodate! We truly look forward to coming back again!

Wonderful experience.

The property is gorgeous. The Villa was very clean. Spotless I would say. Roberto was very responsive when we contacted him and even checked in on us to see how everything was. The restaurants that they have on the property are 5 stars. The food was delicious. I really don’t have anything but compliments about my experience. If you want to get away in a beautiful , peaceful waterfront property, I highly recommend this rental.

Hermosas playas. Muy buena opción para ir a descansar y disfrutar del mar. El clima es excelente. La comida también. El pueblo de pescadores en Las Terrenas es un muy lindo paseo gastronómico a la orilla del mar. Recomendable !

Just wonderfull except the noise

The Maid was Super, very clean. The House is so nice only the construction noise from the next house was not so amusing. The whole day they worked with wood. Cutting noise everytime, from morning to evening.

Alberto was fantastic first and foremost. I ask a lot of questions and he responded immediately. easy to book and get the info needed to plan a great trip The place is a sweet little boutique type hotel. Not sure about our timing but the place was quiet and it was great. Always room somewhere. No need to save the seats and that type. The service on the beach was great . A lot of attention to the samll details. The villa was great. Had the second floor and rooftop terrace. plenty of space. Felt big. daily cleaning service and all the amenities that we have at home. PS would suggest renting a car and visiting around. Drove to El Limon waterfall and along many beaches. also great restaurents in las Terrenas .

Great 5 days in Las Terrenas

The facilities are exactly as described, very clean and welcoming. We had absolutely zero problems. Alberto was tremendously responsive and the staff at Sublime were extremely helpful without being overbearing. Great spot to wander the beach for miles in either direction. Would recommend wandering west down the beach to Luis' for an afternoon parrilla. Place is very spacious. All furniture and beds are comfortable and clean. We will definitely come back.

Awesome Vacation

We had the most amazing 12 days here. The apartment is exactly as described in the posting - it provided us with the perfect amount of space for a family of 5. And it is really nicely constructed with tons of outdoor decks and spots so that you feel like you are always outside. It sits on the property of an amazing hotel which we took full advantage of the entire time. And, on top of it, we loved the surrounding area and would recommend renting a car so you can explore. Awesome.

Very clean, beautiful place in a great setting

Alberto's place is very clean but cosy. You will have everything you want, a great kitchen, 2 terraces, beautiful bathrooms, great beds and 2 hottubs. The grounds and beach are beautiful. The breakfast is included and very nice too. The beach is perfect we even kite surfed for two days in front of the hotel grounds (staying far in the water not to bother the swimming people). At the beach they provide you with the use of canoes, paddle boards and snorkeling gear, which was very nice. The restaurant at the beach is great for lunch, again a beautiful setting and you have to try the 'ceviche'. We only had one time the set dinner (fixed menu) at night there, but didn't specifically like that. Great restaurant for lunch to walk to over the beach (20 minutes beautiful walk) is 'the beach' and for dinner we loved 'La terraza' in las Terrenas and 'Dolce Vita' The staff around the place is especially nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Sublime Indeed

I could not imagine a more restful or fun vacation with my husband and two kids (5 and 7 years old). We were looking for a luxurious, low-key week-- not an all-inclusive activity packed experience. In addition to the house which is beautiful and well appointed, the grounds were gorgeous not to mention the outstanding beaches and pools. The restaurants served delicious, gourmet food (and had a kids menu too) and we rarely felt the need to cook. When I did decide to prepare a meal it was a pleasure with the high end grocery store nearby and the well-stocked kitchen. The ability to have the comfort of the house and the amenities of a hotel is just ideal. I look forward to returning.

Best vacation ever!

We rented this villa with our two kids for seven days and its the perfect spot in Las Terrenas. It's located in Sublime Small Luxury Hotel in Playa Coson, so you have all the amenities of the hotel while you are secluded in the privacy of your own villa. The owner was extremely attentive trough out the stay, and Leonarda (cleaning lady) also. Will definitely recommended to some friends that want to go as well.
