This property is suitable for families of 4 or 5 or 2 couples. It has a dining area suitable for 4 people, a fully fitted kitchen. A/C in the 3 bedrooms and lounge. It is only a 7 min walk to the nearest beach, but there are plenty more Blue Flag Beaches, which all offer water sports,with 3 major Golf courses nearby. Only 5 mins to countless bars and restaurants.Chinese, Italian Spanish, Irish, and the good old English! The local airport is Murcia, 15 mins away, or Alicante, which is around a 45 min drive. It is not really necessary for car hire if all you are looking for are bars and the beach and a good time. There's plenty of entertainment suitable for Adults and for children and toddlers, my children especially love 'The Calypso Bar', lots of fun each night. Bouncy castle at 'Lister's Bar', and and also JB's for the younger ones. But if you are looking for culture head out to Murcia or Orihuela, to see beautiful architecture and a different Spain.


A deposit of £200 to be paid per week as soon as booking is made. Plus a deposit of £200 for damages to property or loss of keys etc. All other monies to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure. Any unpaid money will result in loss of deposit. Damages or breakages must be paid for and will be deducted from deposit. Lost Keys also will be paid for, at a reasonable cost. Airport transfers can be arranged, and any other requests will also be considered. As this is also a residential urbanization, we feel the property is not suitable for groups of young men or women. Cleaning fee of 80euro to be paid prior to departure locally.
