The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional sleeping space in the living room, making it an ideal choice for shared holidays without sacrificing space or comfort.

Apartment layout
On the lower level, you will find a bright and spacious living room with a sofa bed for two guests, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
The living room opens onto a private terrace overlooking the pool — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation in the warm Caribbean air.
This level also includes a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and a bathroom.
On the upper level, there is an open loft converted into a comfortable bedroom, also featuring a king-size bed and a private bathroom.
The wooden ceiling, natural materials, and open layout create a unique vacation atmosphere perfect for relaxation and unwinding.

Other Important Things to Note

Electricity consumption is billed based on actual usage, which is standard practice in the Dominican Republic.
Rate: 22 DOP / kWh
Estimated cost: approx. $3–5 USD per day (mainly depending on air-conditioning usage)
Energy consumption is monitored in the official CEB operator application, based on daily meter readings.
On the morning of departure, guests receive a clear and simple summary of electricity usage.
Payment: cash in DOP or USD.
Upon request, guests can also view their energy usage directly in the application.
Thanks to this system, guests have full control over costs and pay only for the electricity they actually use.

The complex is currently undergoing expansion works.
During the day, occasional construction noise may occur.
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
For this reason, the apartment price has been adjusted accordingly, offering guests an excellent value for money during this period.
