Great place great price
. Nothing overly fancy and a little dated but if you have a large family and are looking for a great place to stay for a very reasonable price, you cannot beat it. Kudos to the owners and management.

Nice place in Maplewood

The house worked well for our crew who was doing work in town. We needed a place in town for the evenings and the host was very accommodating. We would use it again if needed a place in the area.

Family game weekend

Great roomy house in safe quiet neighborhood! We went to twins game and gophers game with ease! Will definitely stay here again if back in Minneapolis!

Lealand House

This property was very easy to find and entrance was easy as well. Communication with the host was great. Replies were quick and helpful. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful roomy home. Highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable place with lots of space.

Big house

We stayed for almost a week. Enjoyed the house, family time spent together and location we close to St Paul. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It was nice that there was a basketball and hoop for the kids. The host is responsive and ironed out a few hiccups. We all Adair we would stay there again!

Safe, spacious and quiet

My family came in for a funeral and this house was just perfect for all of us. Had multiple family rooms for us to spread out. Kitchen was nicely stocked with all the essentials for cooking. Owners left a bottle of wine and we had a drink in honor of my Dad who passed. House was quiet, peaceful, cozy and warm. All beds were comfortable! Thank you!

Worked great for out group

The house is in a quiet, safe, well established neighborhood. It was clean and well updated and very comfortable. My only complaint, when we rented the house, the photos showed one bedroom with 2 queen beds, bedroom 5 was listed as having 2 beds and the house was listed as sleeping 12 with no mention of a blow up mattress being used to reach 12. That being said, if the need arises for our larger group to stay in the area, I would consider and likely stay at this house again.

St. Thomas Graduation

We had a large family group coming to St. Paul for our daughter's graduation. This house was able to meet the needs of our group. It was clean. Bedrooms were roomy enough to accommodate queen size beds and still be able to move around comfortably. Lots of hangers in the closet was much appreciated. Also there were mirrors in the bedrooms which we women really appreciate when we need to shower and then complete our hair and makeup in the bedrooms. Very easy check in process and Vivan was very easy to communicate with. One of our family members is an architect and he loved the house and the design features. The archways, fireplace, everything was great. Would definitely consider staying here on future St. Paul visits.

The space was adequate, Beds comfortable, nice towels, some extra kitchen towels and dish cloths would be helpful. It was very clean except the windows. It was a good convenient location for us to attend our Graduation open houses. A gas grill would be better than the charcoal grill. Thank you, it was a good stay.
