The resort has a strict no-pet policy. Guests found in violation may be required to leave the resort. Only ADA-qualified service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals are not allowed. Guests traveling with a service animal must provide the required documentation before arrival and have it available upon entering the resort.

Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on the balcony, or inside any gated areas. Smoking is only permitted away from the building.

* The pool located behind the A building, between the Lazy River and the A building, is heated.

Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 œ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, except for infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high.
Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents. Parking fees, pest control schedule, and amenity availability are subject to change.
Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.
We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)
2026: A parking fee of $10 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management. 2026: Trailers (restricted to 18 feet end of trailer to hitch) may be brought by guests, on a first-come, first-served basis, for a daily fee of $15 for 9 months of the year except for June, July, and August, during which time no trailers are permitted on the property. The Vehicle pulling the trailer will be assessed $10 per day, and each Motorcycle - $10 per day
