In total, the property offers six bedrooms and four bathrooms, with each home featuring a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with a full bed.



Both units feature the same modern contemporary design with vaulted ceilings, bright living spaces, and fully equipped kitchens.



Outside, each home has its own private backyard. One backyard offers a quiet patio space, while the other features a heated & chilled plunge pool with lounge seating - perfect for cooling off on hot Austin days or warming up on cooler evenings.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 9 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
