Cette maison dispose de 4 grandes chambres, pouvant accueillir confortablement 12 personnes avec 2 salles de bain complètes. Si vous êtes intéressé par ma propriété, cliquez sur "Envoyer un e-mail" et je vous donnerai des informations individuelles.

Vacances sur l'un des canaux d'entrée les plus profonds et les plus larges de Cherry Grove, à quelques pas de l'océan (moins de 3 minutes à pied). Parking public disponible à un pâté de maisons de la plage.

Venez profiter de cette maison de plage meublée rénovée pendant vos vacances. Profitez de passer du temps dans l'eau, dans la cour ou sur les ponts avant et arrière. Mettez votre bateau à l'eau à la rampe de mise à l'eau communautaire et à la zone de loisirs à une rue seulement sur la 53e avenue. Choisissez et utilisez le gril à charbon extérieur à votre guise.

La maison a un grand manger dans la cuisine, laveuse et sécheuse, TV à écran plat dans chaque chambre, câble et Internet sans fil. Beaucoup d'espace de stationnement dans une grande allée ou tirez dans un parking couvert.

Des théâtres de divertissement en direct, des magasins, des restaurants, des sports nautiques, du parachute ascensionnel, des locations de Sea Doo / kayak et des promenades en bateau banane sont juste autour du coin.

Great house and location. Loved staying here. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The house was comfortable especially for our large family. We were all able to sit down and eat together. Our girls loved fishing off the back dock. They caught their first fish and crabs! Would love the stay here again!

Beautiful home very close to the beach! Great kitchen for family meals but close to tons of delicious restaurants for going out. Cherry Grove is our favorite!

Dear Heather, Thank you for choosing our channel beach house. We are continually updating the house and outside decks. We added the firepit and "sandy beach" area with chairs to sit around it or move to fishing deck. Kids and adult-kids like to throw out their minnow nets and crab traps and fish off the deck. We have caught everything from strippers and flounder to whatever from the deck. If its in the ocean it could be in the channel to catch. Hopefully, you can come again and see our planned upgrades. Dear Matthew and Family. Thank you for choosing our channel beach house for your family vacation and thank you for your feedback about our house. We are constantly doing updates. Within the last 6-8 months we have put a new sectional in the great room. We have also put in new dinning room table with 8 chair and server from Hillsdale furniture. Combined with the new dinning room seating we have 3 bar stool. Now we can seat 11 people and there are extra chairs to put up to the table for extra seating. Outside we have a new "beach sand" area with a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. We recently removed the carpet in the bedrooms and put in new laminate hardwood flooring.. Since Covid, we have tried to get estimates on remodeling our bathrooms. All contractors in the area are booked so far out. Plus, not living in the area, we don't have personal contacts and we are having hard time getting reliable contractors. Our bathrooms are our next project so maybe you would like to come back and see the improvements. Our cleaning lady is fabulous and she does a great job cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the house. One thing I do know she works hard to get the bathrooms clean for each renter. Thank you for staying in our home. Thank you for the compliment on how close it is to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Thank you, Sarah

Property is located near the beach and up town for easy access. There was plenty of parking without any issues. All the kids enjoyed being able to fish off the back deck without having to go to a public pier. I liked the openness of the living area. Beds / mattresses could use some updating but over all property was great. Owner was very accommodating to anything we needed.

Great location!

Great house for family vacation! This house is in a great location just a short walk to the beach. So many great sitting areas outside for any time of the day and the fire pit with sand was so nice to have for the kids when we weren’t at the beach. Sarah was extremely helpful and communicative. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back.

Sarah’s beach house was exactly what we were expecting & had hoped for! Property was a gem with the outdoor space and activities for the kids to enjoy from basketball to fishing/crabbing to making s'more's aside the fire pit. We all enjoyed the house between our tournament softball games and it was close to the ball park plus other necessities too. Also, her neighbors to the right are super incredibly sweet and even caught live bait for our girls to use once they saw us there for the weekend! It was a surprise having locals being so open and kind to others who were just renting the home for a long weekend. I would definitely stay here again and we have already talked about it as a possibility for future vacations! Thank you Sarah for your hospitality!

Thanksgiving Retreat.

Sara was a great host! Loved being located on the canal. The kids enjoyed fishing and playing basketball in the driveway. The decks, overlooking the canal, provided a great spot for playing card games in the evening. Look forward to returning next year!

Family Fun with Great Fishing!

Sarah & Mike were amazing Hosts! We had so much fun enjoying family, playing basketball, roasting marshellows on the fire pit, and most definitely fishing! Beautiful cozy home with a great location right on the Channel along with a very short walk to the beach! We have stayed in Cherry Grove several times yearly and this place will be our go to from here on out for sure!!

Everything we were looking for

We had a wonderful time. We came down to Myrtle Beach for my daughters wedding. The house was everything we were looking for. Sarah and Mike were awesome hosts and even reached out to us to see how we were doing. We can’t wait to come back again.

Cherry Grove vacation

The house was exactly as we expected and was a great fit for our family. We were very comfortable, enjoyed being on the canal and it was just a short walk to the beach. My family even did some fishing off the dock. The tide was working against us but it was still fun fishing in the evening. We would definitely stay in this home again.

Our kids (grown and Grands) are usually anxious to come back off the beach to play in our sand yard and on the decks, swim in the water, fish (catching flounders), catching crabs and minnows and even watching the gulls and larger birds diving down to catch fish.
