This nicely appointed 5 bedroom 3 bath home is the perfect place for your Myrtle Beach family vacation! "The Salty C" is perfectly located on a quiet canal in the heart of Cherry Grove, Myrtle Beach's most sought after community. Just a block from the beach, and steps from the Heritage Shores Nature Preserve and Cherry Grove Point. Convenient to all the amenities the Grand Strand has to offer, whether you're looking for golf, fishing, kayaking, first-class dining, live entertainment, or just relaxing and enjoying the renowned Cherry Grove beaches and surf.

This home is absolutely pristine, having been recently updated, with brand new finishes, fixtures and furniture throughout. It features four upstairs bedrooms, three with queen beds, one with a twin bed with trundle and bunkbeds for kids, connected by two full "jack and jill" bathrooms. Additional bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette in downstairs efficiency. Enjoy multiple outdoor living areas, with a huge deck, spacious front porch, and an additional shaded area below. Enjoy high speed wireless internet and cable/streaming service on 5 flat screen TVs. Cherry Grove is one of the safest areas on the Grand Strand, and the home is further protected by a security, fire and flood central monitoring system.

Please note that this is a quiet, family neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, motorcycles and group or house parties are NOT allowed. The primary renter must be 25 years or older, and all guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced. Our home is perfect for families - we DO NOT accept reservations for groups of teenagers- so please do not try to book.

Bookings are for full weeks only during the months of June, July and August. Please note that the Cherry Grove area is susceptible to flooding during storms and king tide conditions, so guests are advised to monitor weather conditions and plan accordingly.
Lastly, although we love animals, we have a family member with severe dog and cat allergies, and so pets are not allowed.

Great location. Short walk to the beach and short drive to everything. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart to make it even more fun. Owners were easy to communicate with as well.

Our stay at The Salty C was fantastic! Cleanliness and location were great. Beds were very comfy. Jessica’s response time was quick always helpful! I will recommend their rental to family and friends.

Great location for the beach Beautiful home Easy access to many shops/restaurant Quite neighborhood Does not have a grill (we brought all our food to grill) we just went and bought one Good location to fish but house has no pier and makes it hader to fish off the side Over all i would recommend staying at this home especially if you have large family

We loved our stay at the Salty C! This location was very close to the beach, just a 2 block walk. The beach was not over crowded and had plenty of space to put up all items; chairs, umbrellas, towels to layout, and beach games. Most of wich was provided by the owners! Which was a pleasant surprise Our stay was nothing short of amazing with so many convenient accommodations. We would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again on our next trip to North Myrtle. I will say a couple of additions i would like to see in the future is maybe access to the canal in the back for fishing and kayaking and if possible a pool for those who don't like the sand, although its great without

Great for friend getaway!

This was an ideal place to stay for a group! We loved using the big table for meals and hanging out on the deck. My only suggestion would be more lighting in the big living area. It was hard to cook in the kitchen after dark, and the overhead fans didn’t give off much light. Otherwise, the property was perfect!

Very Clean

Great location with an easy walk to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and home was very clean with a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Beds were comfortable and all linins were nice. I would like to mention that we questioned our amount of privacy while sitting outside due to the amounts of cameras at the property. Overall, everyone in our group was pleased with our stay. Family get away

The house is awesome. Lots of room, beautiful views. Can sit on the deck for hours watching the fish jump in the marsh. Its only a short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and entertainment. The owner is awesome. Answers you with any questions you have. If you book this you wont be disappointed. Planning our next trip there for next year. What a great week with the family! The Salty C is the place to stay in Cherry Grove!

Great holiday

Great week. Our family consist of people between 4 months to 81 years old!!! The location was ideal for us. The beach is a 5 minutes walk. There is a grocery store 4 km from the house. There are all the necessary amenities at home. Nothing is missing!! I recommend the house without hesitation!

Don’t waste your time.

There was dirty linens in all the closets. We had to buy dish soap, and hand soap and toilet paper because the bathroom didn’t have any.

Family vacation

We had some concerns about the cleanliness of certain aspects of the house upon arrival. I contacted the property owner and she immediately was responsive/apologetic and helped us rectify the situation. My only other thing that stood out was the kitchen fan lights are big, but bulbs are dim so the main room of the house feels dark compared to the bedrooms, which were super bright. The location in cherry grove is amazing! We loved sitting on the porch and watching the fish jump every evening. The convenience of the outdoor shower was great after the beach to rinse off. And the beach wagon available to use was SUPER helpful as well as the propane grill. Loved that there was a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher and plenty of dishes to use. Only other suggestion to make this place better would be to have outdoor lighting (like under the car port) for upstairs back deck and eventually a dock. My husband is an avid fisherman and was excited to fish the canal, however with the grass and bulkhead the way it currently is, he got tangled a lot. We had a great time! Would recommend to a bigger group even though we had some slight issues based solely on the fact that the owners are so responsive and helpful.

Great vacation home!

Staying at Cherry Grove is a great experience! This house and its location to the beach, inlet, shopping, and restaurants was perfect! The home is remodeled beautifully, well stocked with everything you would need, and comes with an amazing nighttime sky view. Contact with property owners was always positive and helpful! The mini apartment below the main house was an asset too and beautifully remodeled. We would love to stay again in the future!

Stay Salty

Place was great! We were in town for a softball tournament. There were 4 coaches with spouses and kids. Enough space for everyone with a nice gathering area for discussions and meals. Highly recommend staying here, we will when we return.
