Welcome to The Swihart I, a perfectly located lakefront retreat with a private covered dock in a `no wake` area of Deerfield Cove, adjacent (by water) to Deerfield Marina and Tiki Hut bar, conveniently located near all of Deerfield Resort`s amenities. With a huge hot tub, two fireplaces, and a game room, this home is designed for year-round relaxation and fun for the entire family!

Need space for a massive group? You can rent this home alongside `Swihart 2` (next door) to combine properties for a large multi-family vacation!
Primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.

Security deposits cc holds are required and returned approximately 14 days or less after departure.

Strict guest limits are enforced (children over 3 count toward the total); use of blow-up mattresses or tents to exceed capacity will result in eviction without refund.

No unauthorized pets, house parties, fireworks, RVs, campers, motorcycles, or off-road vehicles are permitted in the resort.

Locked owner closets and garages are strictly off-limits; tampering results in loss of security deposit.

Please inspect the home upon arrival and report any issues within one hour; no refunds are provided for mechanical failures or inclement weather.

Starter supplies (toilet paper/soap) are limited and not replenished during your stay.

Bath towels are NOT provided—please remember to bring your own!
