Beautiful New Ocean Front Condo!!

House of Sisters is a brand new luxury ground level privately owed rental property at Isla 33. Our unit sleeps 4 guest, which is perfect for honeymooners or family vacations. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Caribbean with only a few steps from the pool. Isla 33 is centrally located on the island of Isla Mujeres. The morning breezes are amazing as you enjoy a cup of coffee and the beautiful sunrises right from your front patio. You also can enjoy the sunset from the top of the building from a observation deck.

The rooftop pool offers the most amazing view of the beautiful island.

The living room and master bedroom offer amazing views of the Caribbean. Only a 10 minute golf cart or taxi ride to some of the most amazing restaurants and Hidalgo Street and North beach were the beaches are beautiful.

The condo offers open floor plan with a large kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms with king size beds. The master bedroom has a garden jacuzzi tub and loads of closet space. There is also a shower in the master bedroom and two stone sinks. The second bedroom on the west side of the unit has loads of closet space an offers a shower and stone sink. Master bedroom offers gorgeous domed brick ceiling.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to enjoy a breakfast or dinner in. Beautiful dining room table, a granite bar separates the kitchen and dining area. Great for serving from or enjoying a cup of coffee or a mimosa with fresh orange juice from right around the corner.

Living room offers a 65” TV’s for a movie night. Each bedroom offers 42” TV’s. Unit has wifi so you can watch you favorite Netflix movies.

We stayed at this beautiful condo for 11 days. It was perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked and the views are breath taking! It was really nice having the pool right outside our doors. It was almost like a private pool, it wasn’t very busy. We also got to meet the owners while we were here and they were fantastic!! Edwin the property manager is a rock star!!! He was so helpful and anything you needed he did! He made our transition to and from the condo so easy! It was our first time on the island and we 100% will come back and definitely stay here again!!!

Centro beach. Really enjoyed this beach. Went multiple times.

Beautiful and easy getaway

This property was beautiful and in a good location away from the hustle of downtown Isla Mujeres. Great views and wonderful pools to dip into every morning without the hassel of getting to a beach. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Ocean Front Condo with Beautiful View

This was our first trip to Isla Mujeres. The condo was great! The rooms were spacious and spotless. The property manager, Edwin, went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. The view from our deck of the pool and ocean was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again! Thank You for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Property

We just spent the last 8 nights here and we were so happy we did. Away from the hustle of downtown but easy to get in and out of. The condo had everything we needed, and the sunrises were amazing! We had an absolutely wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Edwin the property manager made sure that we had anything we needed. A definite return property for us!

Great time on the island

The property was just as described and perfectly located away from busy downtown, but we could walk to multiple restaurants mid-island. Edwin was a great help, securing us a golf cart rental and a snorkeling trip. All in all, a great trip!

Great Condo at Isla 33

Condo was great! Very comfortable king size beds, hot showers with great water pressure, comfy couch. For TV you need your own Netflix etc which we had so no issue for us there. Right in front of pool. Great location for access to food. Edwin was amazing highly recommend

Great condo - Great location

Isla 33 Condo was wonderful. It was perfect for two couples - roomy, with separate bathrooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. Access to two separate swimming pools and onsite restaurant was ideal. Mid-island location provided perfect launching point to explore both ends of the island. Plenty of nearby restaurants serving outstanding Mexican dishes. We plan on staying at Isla 33 on future visits to the island.

Excellent condo in great location with great views! We could not have asked for a better condo or service. Edwin, the property manager, was great. He was able to help us with anything we asked about and the communication was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time! Edwin is wonderful! Communication was great, he picked us up from the ferry and brought us back. He was quick to respond to texts. Beds are comfortable. Sunrise every morning was beautiful. We will return to Isla 33 again.

Great location

Beautiful condo! Very clean, stocked with everything you need. Great central location. Edwin is your contact at the property and is the best! Can help you with whatever you need on the island. Owners, were very accommodating and available if needed, but Edwin makes sure you don’t need anything! Very secure location with great views! Would definitely recommend.

Family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay! The photos on VRBO do not do this place justice. It’s spacious and the patio door opens right to the pool overlooking the ocean. It’s a quick golf cart ride to north downtown. There’s also nice walking paths right out front. The condo has three pools and and a restaurant on site. Edwin is the site manager and super helpful and responsive to any and all questions you may have. 10/10 recommend! We can’t wait to come back.

Great Condo with Breathtaking Sunrises

The two bedroom two bathroom was exactly as advertised. The kitchen had everything you needed including a 5 gallon bottle of water for you. Communication with the conceirge Edwin made the whole stay worthwhile. He was fantastic at getting us exactly what we needed as soon as possible. He picked us up from the ferry in his golf cart and made sure we had everything we needed. He arranged for our laundry to be done with next day service.There is a cantina on the condo grounds with live music every day from 4 to 8pm for happy hour. Across the street there is a beautiful walk way that we used everyday. We were on the first floor and the pool was right outside our door. We loved it. The rooftop pool was also great for late afternoon and sunset.

Beautiful Views, awesome location, comfy condo

We absolutely LOVE Isla 33. Everything about this place is perfect. You walk in and it smells like vacation. The views are astounding: Wake up at 6am to see the most beautiful sunrise. Head to the rooftop for an amazing view of the island and the quaint sunset. The La Gloria neighborhood is in the heart of the island, and where you will get a glimpse of the authentic local living. We love it here, and are already planning our next trip back. The property manager Edwin is awesome too. Hes always there when you need him, or just a few seconds away. Hes so sweet and kind, and the most helpful individual.

Very nice Condo but.....

The property is excellent and Edwin, property manager is easy to work with. A few tweeks would make this a 5 star stay. While Edwin is quick to respond to text, correcting issues require coordination sonce he is not allowed to enter into the premises without the client present. So that affects vacation....interupts your plans. The issues weren't major and correctable. A 10 day stay....need some clean towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper and the buying water after the first bottle empties. They could add a few more supplies to eliminate the hassles of getting them replenished. Owners were there...very nice. Art

Isla 33

The condo is beautiful, quite large and breathtaking.The photos don't do it justice. The sliding door in living room actually opens to porch and pool area. my kids swam in the pool several times a day. The condo was extremely clean and spotless. The rooftop pool in the building next door is wonderful, view is amazing. Special thanks to Edwin for being an amazing host. He took the time out to actually drive us all the way down to the north beach and drop us off because the carnival was going on and I was nervous about the traffic. On another occasion he drove us to the grocery store! He definitely made our trip memorable, and his gratitude and friendliness will never be forgotten. Make sure to bring your own coffee/creamers, it's not provided. kind of bizarre because the coffee maker, the mugs and the filters are all provided. many people don't travel with coffee so it would be helpful if they could provide these items. The one thing I didn't like about the property is that it's across from a busy street and it took me a little while to get used to the noise of the traffic at night because you can hear the traffic from the road from the master bedroom which is closest to the street. Bring ear plugs or a sound machine, if you are sensitive to light bring a face mask. There are no room darkening/blackout blinds on the window, there are white blinds, and the outside landscape lights are on, and light comes through the window all night making it very bright to sleep

Paradise

We loved the condo! Very spacious, clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Master bedroom gets super bright in mornings but has a really comfortable bed with nice sheets! Pool is steps from the patio door and hardly anyone used it. It was like having a private pool. It even has parking for your golf cart if needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful condo

The condo is beautiful and in a great location away from the busy town center at the north end of the island but only a short ride there if you want to go. Edwin the manager is AMAZING!!!!! He helped us when our keys were missing at 11pm, after they fell out of our golf cart. He brought us keys to get in, he had a spare key for the safe and had a smile on his face the entire time. When I come back to Isla Mujeres I will only stay here!

Loved our stay!

My Husband and I stood at this property at Isla 33 Condos for 5 days. We felt right at home. Property is clean, gorgeous view of the Caribbean and fabulous location! Waking up to view the sunrise was the perfect way to start our day. We had plenty of towels, air conditioning works great and comfy bed. Edwin, the property manager, was always helpful and available for whatever we needed. He is one of the nicest people you will meet! We will definitely stay again.

We invited Kevin and Michelle to join us two years ago and just like us the love was there. In 2020 we decided to purchase our first condo at Isla 33, then just this year we purchased our second condo here as well. We love spending every moment that’s we can on this island.
